It hasn’t received a lot of press, but a group representing 175MM shares published a letter they sent to Nader and the BOD. 

 
Any guesses as to what legitimately positive info might be said on the call today?  Another Nader nothing burger seems in the cards.

Listening to call

They are at 371 patients out of 390 enrolled and expect to be done this weekend for the CD12 trial

They are not going to have DSMC do interim analysis, just going to wait until completion and then can have data 28 days later

Pump phase over, I'm sure the dump was today.

 
Dr ManBoobs is giving update on BLA for HIV.  They are working closely with FDA who is giving them great feedback on what they need to do to finish this.  They think the FDA being so engaged with them shows that FDA does want to work with them.  He's confident that they have a "high probability of success"  with BLA

No timeline though when it will finish
 

 
Cant listen to question and answer period but best news IMO is that they will finish enrollment of CD12 by this weekend (probably) and then 28 days until they have the data

I really don't know if I can take this Phillipines stuff seriously, Nader needs to earn my trust on that one, will see if the Phillipines are really interested

A repeat of the last 5 calls.  Nothing more than kicking the can down the road in hopes of unloading some more shares before the house of cards collapses.

Yah. Should have waited until after the conference call to get in again, but didn't want to chance not having anything in case that actually had something. Good news is at least that's another clock starting once CD12 is filled. I'm sure the price will go down in the meantime, but I'm done adding CYDY. 

I do feel a little better about the company. The CMS code gives CYDY some legitimacy again... at least we know it's in the FDA radar. Now we just need the study results. Looks like the bases are loaded, full count, and bottom of 9th now. 

 
The CD12 trial getting filled quickly is material news I think.  We aren't kicking that one down the road much further, its crunch time, its either going to be approved soon or not

Phillipines is a wildcard but history tells me don't expect anything there (at least not before the US FDA)

The rest of it was definitely kicking the can though.  Not having a firm timeline yet for the HIV BLA is a concern to me.    Its obviously no slam dunk to get done even though NP has promised 100% chance of approval

Nash and cancer seem too far off to really pay that close attention to right now

Even longhaulers, they are about to submit their trial application, but nothing closer than that

Wasn't another endpoint at 42 days added after the last interim analysis?  Wouldn't they have to wait for that data before they could lock the data?

 
$HGEN? Per NP Philippines has received EUA for Lenzilumab, but there is now a presidential order to consider more options. Odd, given $HGEN has said nothing, lol. These calls are wild.

I swear NP said 28 days on the call and made the point that it was going to be quicker than waiting for the interim (which I believe is 42 days).  May need to listen to that back but that's what i heard

I know that was weird.  I have heard that about HGEN just from the boards but you are right its not well publicized, meanwhile NP publicizes it for them, LOL

I wonder if he means they would only let one company apply?  Hard to understand NP sometimes but the fact  that nothing has come from HGEN makes no sense

 
Selling CYDY at market open would be prudent.  The stock went from $2.30 to $3.79 on a flimsy/unsubstantiated speculation.  It is still priced high at $3.35.  I view yesterday's CC as slightly positive since we now know that we should be getting results from the completed S/C trial in 2-3 months.  But that is still a long way away.  There will be people who view yesterday's mostly nothing burger CC as a negative.  People will likely sell today.  There might even be a short attack.  The beautiful thing about CYDY is that people/shorts usually wait 5-30 minutes after the market opens to sell.  Everything will seem peaches and cream and then the stock will lose 10%-20% in a short amount of time.

Disclaimer:  I haven't read the CYDY message boards at all in the last 24 hours and I didn't listen to the CC

Great call.  I sold most of mine at $3.38 this morning.

 
I'm holding at least until we approach the next period for review and will be buying on some dips for trades.  I do think it will build up as we get closer to that time frame so January should be a pretty good month IMO.  At that point, will be unloading at least some of what I accumulate before any real decisions come down.
