In a perfect world this Eminence kid would be a 6'5" 275 pound jiu jitsu black belt and he runs into some of you hyenas in real life.

Yeah, because being capable of violence against those who disagree with you is the Trumpette fantasy.  That's why they admire Putin so much.

For the rest of us, a perfect world would have Em actually think about the things others are saying, examine his life and beliefs, realize the error of his ways and take steps to overcome his misconceptions so.that he could become a valuable part of society.

He has a long thread about picking a college. I think the title is something like "Decision Confirmed." I'm heading off to a meeting; so if someone could find it before Em deletes it  that would be nice.

Just working from memory here, I have to agree with Em.  It wasn't which had the fewest blacks, it was which had the highest percentage of whites.  He's an equal opportunity hater.

This is where I think people are missing a point. The percentage of bigots in this country is small - significantly smaller that the percentage of Trump supporters. So something else is going on here. Figure out what that is and fix it before someone who is actually electable runs for office.

I know being an anti-Trump troll and picking on Em is fun, but this country has a serious problem and the working class is moving in an anti-neoliberal direction quickly. The problem is not Trump - it is the environment that allowed Trump to get this close to the White House.

Trump will get more black vote than you think. They are against illegal immigration as much as you or I.

To quote a friend,

"Us blacks people don't like Mexicans because they just show up and get recognized as people. We were slaves, we originally counted as 2/3 a person, we had to fight for years to be recognized.

Now they just gonna show up and demand the right to be counted?"

How does picking on this kid fall into the be excellent to each other decree?  Step back and look at the posts.  You guys are schoolyard bully thought police. He likes Trump, so do millions of others. Almost as many think people are stupid for supporting Hillary, they just seem to have more tact on this board.

Exactly - many are scared of more terrorist attacks; many are scared about their financial future, many are scared about what kind of world their kids will inherit, and the political mainstream is letting them down. That has historically been the formula for someone with fascist tendencies coming to power.

That's a nice throwaway line, but the idea that anyone thinks they know that is laughable.

Basing the rest of a theory on an idea that you pulled out of your ###, does that seem smart?

I couldn't even begin to guess a percentage on something like that.  

 
After spending more time in the politics section of the fitness board, I'm seeing that The Donald fits perfectly into the dolts who subscribe religiously to alpha/beta male labels.  This would explain why he can disparage women, make fun of the disabled, cozy up to Putin (whom they see as alpha) with not only no recourse, but additional enthusiasm from these yahoos.

The funny thing is, these "alphas" will then go on to make fun of the college educated and silicon valley types.  Yes these people are the ones who invent the toys the alphas (and to be fair all of us) so enjoy like smartphones, giant tv's, and video games.

AT Least 1/3rd of this country seems to fall into this category.  Basically the South and rural elsewhere.  It is frightening.

The idea that anyone thinks that everyone who votes for Trump does so because they are a bigot is also laughable, but I don't see you challenging those statements.
