The one built in the good ol' US of A by a wholly owned subsidiary of Trump Corp. The one in Berlin or El Paso?
Leninism has other applications besides communism. It has more to do with seizure and consolidation of power by a small minority.Befuddling that the way to make America great again is through communism and the Republicans are pushing it??? What a mixed up America right now.
Oh, don't get me wrong, Bannon is a tool of the highest degree...but no worse of a d-bag than Valerie Jarrett. A heightened level of d-baggery seems to go with that job. I'm looking right at you David Axelrod.Lying press? Maybe but there's a lot of smoke around this guy.
Right, seizure of means of production, end capitalism, create socialist society dominated by few in the name of the workers. That's communism.Leninism has other applications besides communism. It has more to do with seizure and consolidation of power by a small minority.
Bannon is a very smart guy. National security studies at Va Tech, masters at Georgetown and Harvard with honors.
I'd say the more important question is when do we start enforcing our immigration laws again and begin deporting the thousands of fence jumpers who are on the public dole? When does construction on the wall begin?
More of a fence now. When does construction on the wall begin?
I'd say the more important question is when do we start enforcing our immigration laws again and begin deporting the thousands of fence jumpers who are on the public dole?
Prepping them for key cabinet spots?
Aren't they running the business?Prepping them for key cabinet spots?
Same reporter says he wants them to be 'unpaid national security advisors'... even as they run his companies....Prepping them for key cabinet spots?
Also highly American ideals.Leninism has other applications besides communism. It has more to do with seizure and consolidation of power by a small minority.
Bannon is a very smart guy. National security studies masters at Georgetown and Harvard with honors.
Right but why would they get national security updates if they are managing golf courses?Aren't they running the business?
Yes. And they would also simultaneously be national security advisors. This is perfectly not ok.Aren't they running the business?
Try to think of the value of top shelf insider information on US financial policy, foreign policy and intelligence.Right but why would they get national security updates if they are managing golf courses?
Does "one of them" mean people who believe that undocumented immigrants are being scapegoated here, that they contribute more to our society than they take out, and that Trump's attempts to get rid of them will fail and also be a net detriment to the rest of us?Are you one of them?
I get that, I was just answering in earnest to the poster.Try to think of the value of top shelf insider information on US financial policy, foreign policy and intelligence.
I find it pretty amazing that John Bolton of all people has somehow become too "business as usual." (I never really had a problem with Bolton. Just that he was viewed as really out there by Bush administration standards).Trump supporters are getting legitimately nervous about some of the names floating around. Not Bannon, they ####### love Bannon but the idea of Bolton being Sec. of State is not sitting right with them.
I don't watch the news or visit innerweb news sites. Everything you read or hear is too depressing. Didn't even have a clue about the election until 11pm, expecting Clinton to have crushed Trump. Since then I have been watching with amazing attention. This is kinda hard to believe. Most voters knew (or should have known) all about Bannon long before election day.
LOLIt helped him win two terms. I don't think he'd be upset at the notion.
He never missed an opportunity to pit one side against the other. Rich vs Poor, white vs. black, men vs women, etc.
Was there any other President more divisive even amongst other politicians? "You can help, but you've got to get in the back" "Elections have consequences, I WON"
Basically his entire Presidency was dividing voters into two groups, "them" and "us".
Barron going to start spilling secrets in truth or dare games.
Ah yes I distinctly remember the chant "Don't lock her up, they're good people!" and the campaign slogan "Vote Donald Trump: Get all the Clintons' national security concerns plus all the conflicts of interest X100."Maybe he just wanted to forward some national security details to his kid like Hillary did with Chelsea, but on the up-and-up. He should probably ask for clearance for his maid, too, since Hillary was using hers to print out top secret info.
Secretary of Cyber will need to be let in on some secrets though, gotta give him that.Barron going to start spilling secrets in truth or dare games.
Absolutely and about time.http://www.vox.com/science-and-health/2016/11/14/13582562/trump-gop-climate-environmental-policy
This is a pretty long article detailing what Trump and the Republicans have in mind for the environment- basically gutting the power of the EPA, ending restrictions on coal, and opening up more public lands for coal and oil drilling.
Serious question for conservatives: I know many of you are skeptical of climate change. But is this really what you want to see happen?
The alternative was Hillary so even if he compromises on a number of things why would they charge their support? The alternative was far worse.Look people, Trump isn't going to mass deport people. It was a ruse. Both those freaking out on the Left and those drooling all over themselves with glee on the alt-right were duped.
It will be interesting to see how many of his slavish supporters keep justifying their support for him as he breaks every single one of his promises and turns out to be The Establishment that he is.
Not to mention, we have deported upwards of 2.5 million illegals during Obamas tenure. It wasn't a ruse. He never said he would mass deport people. The media took quotes out of context and made a story up.
Trump said he would deport violent criminals who were illegal immigrants. That's all.
Anyone taking action on the assumption he's just going to deport everyone is falling for a media lie. You can see they're still doing it: They're reporting "Trump wants to deport 2 to 3 million illegals as soon as he's sworn in". That's misleading. Trump said he wants to deport illegal immigrant violent offenders as soon as he's sworn in. When asked how many that was, in a follow up, he said "About 2 or 3 million illegal immigrants are violent criminals".
Wish he could sue the media for misleading the public, they're adding fuel to the fire in an attempt to "win". That's not their job.
- Frontline.NARRATOR: This past July, Donald Trump accepted the Republican nomination.
DONALD TRUMP: I humbly and gratefully accept your nomination for the presidency of the United States! [cheers]
NARRATOR: It was a moment of vindication for a candidate who had climbed back from a bitter public humiliation.
NEWSCASTER: We’re talking about the White House correspondents dinner tonight. It’s an annual event right here—
NEWSCASTER: Donald Trump has been invited—
NARRATOR: It happened in April 2011 at one of Washington, D.C.’s, most glamorous nights.
OMAROSA MANIGAULT, The Apprentice: I got to talk to Donald as we were going to our seats, and he was in just such a great mood. And he was very jovial. And people were taking pictures. And you know, it was very exciting that Donald was there and—
NARRATOR: Trump’s invitation to the exclusive gathering came after weeks of attacking President Barack Obama on television.
DONALD TRUMP: You are not allowed to be a president if you’re not born in this country. He may not have been born in this country. But there’s something on that birth— maybe religion, maybe it says he’s a Muslim. I don’t know. Maybe he doesn’t want that. Or he may not have one. But I will tell you this. If he wasn’t born in this country, it’s one of the great scams of all time.
INTERVIEWER: Absolutely.
NARRATOR: But that night, in front of Washington’s journalists, politicians and power brokers, Obama would hit back.
TIMOTHY O’BRIEN, Author, TrumpNation: President Obama takes the microphone.
Pres. BARACK OBAMA: All right, everybody. Please have a seat. Donald Trump is here tonight!
TIMOTHY O’BRIEN: And proceeds to filet Donald publicly.
Pres. BARACK OBAMA: No one is happier, no one is prouder to put this birth certificate matter to rest than the Donald. [laughter] And that’s because he can finally get back to focusing on the issues that matter — like, did we fake the moon landing? [laughter]
GRAYDON CARTER, Editor, Vanity Fair: I was sitting 20 feet from him, and just the look of discomfort on his face—
Pres. BARACK OBAMA: What really happened in Roswell? [laughter] And where are Biggie and Tupac? [laughter]
OMAROSA MANIGAULT: Donald’s face was so incredibly serious. It was so incredibly just— he just put on a poker face.
DAVID REMNICK, Editor, The New Yorker: I was two tables away from Trump. The conventional way in Washington of absorbing a joke at the White House correspondents dinner is to keep your chin up and at least pretend to have a sense of humor about it, even if you go cry into your pillow that night. Trump was steaming. His face was all locked in. He was not having a good time.
Pres. BARACK OBAMA: All kidding aside, obviously, we all know about your credentials and breadth of experience. [laughter] For example— no, seriously, just recently in an episode of Celebrity Apprentice [laughter] at the steakhouse, the men’s cooking team did not impress the judges from Omaha Steaks.
And there was a lot of blame to go around. But you, Mr. Trump, recognized that the real problem was a lack of leadership. And so, ultimately, you didn’t blame Lil’ Jon or Meatloaf. [laughter] You fired Gary Busey. [laughter] And these are the kind of decisions that would keep me up at night. [laughter and applause]
TIMOTHY O’BRIEN: And he’s being treated like a pinata by the president of the United States, and I think he felt humiliated.
Pres. BARACK OBAMA: Well handled, sir! [laughter] Well handled.
OMAROSA MANIGAULT: But it just kept going and going and he just kept hammering him. And I thought, “Oh, Barack Obama is starting something that I don’t know if he’ll be able to finish.”
Pres. BARACK OBAMA: Say what you will about Mr. Trump, he certainly would bring some change to the White House. Let’s see what we’ve got up there. [laughter] [slide: “Trump White House Resort and Casino.”]
MICHAEL D’ANTONIO, Author, The Truth About Trump: Donald dreads humiliation and he dreads shame. And this is why he often attempts to humiliate and shame other people. So in the case of the president ridiculing him, I think this was intolerable for Donald Trump.
ROGER STONE, Trump Political Adviser: I think that is the night that he resolves to run for president. I think that he is kind of motivated by it. “Maybe I’ll just run. Maybe I’ll show them all.”
I am not qualified to answer as I am not a conservative.http://www.vox.com/science-and-health/2016/11/14/13582562/trump-gop-climate-environmental-policy

Yeah because they might expose them to a sex offender. lol
'Let's be as lax as Hillary about national security information' is a great way to start out.Yeah because they might expose them to a sex offender. lol
I heard he erased that conservation with a cloth. He has no recollection of that conversation happening.
I think they point is he is planning on using Don Jr and Ivanka in some capacity and asking what requirement are needed for clearance is a reasonable question.'Let's be as lax as Hillary about national security information' is a great way to start out.
No, because people who don't have an official WH government position with a need to know the information they can't get access to that information.
And aside from their lack of qualification federal nepotism laws prevent them from getting such jobs anyway.
Sorry I guess I was just adding that the Trump kids have no need to know that information. The only value it has to them is as business value, that's it.I get that, I was just answering in earnest to the poster.
I think Eric is the prime VP, Ivanka is on the fence and Don JR is going to be actively involved in the administration.Aren't they running the business?
Why do Don Jr & Ivanka need to know classified information? They have zero involvement in foreign policy or intelligence. They will be handling Donald's businesses, remember? They can't work in private business and handle national security information. It does not happen and is not allowed to happen.I think they point is he is planning on using Don Jr and Ivanka in some capacity and asking what requirement are needed for clearance is a reasonable question.
Also I heard on the radio today that nepotism laws may not apply here.
Donald claims that the reason that he cannot put his companies in blind trust is because his kids will be put out of work, is that not so now? Or is it just Eric who would be on the street?I think Eric is the prime VP, Ivanka is on the fence and Don JR is going to be actively involved in the administration.
Saying Donald Trump is anti-NATO is like saying somebody is anti their brother in law who is living in the basement.President Obama said today that Donald Trump shares his support for NATO.
This is good news to hear, even though it's coming from Obama and not Trump himself. It would have been unlikely that Trump would carry through on his anti-NATO rhetoric during the campaign but it's a relief to hear otherwise.
Of course we're not the important audience. Vlad Putin has got to hear from Trump's lips that if Russia dares to invade a NATO country, the United States will go to war to defend that country. If Putin is made unsure about this it could be catastrophic.
Yeah....for Putin!!!!! :HighFiveChestBumpUSAUSA:If Putin is made unsure about this it could be catastrophic.
