Apparently P4F is now launched for all and doesn't need a beta key. I got an email on Monday about it, but it went into my spam folder. Sharqi was added to the map rotation for the launch, which is nice, since I've been requesting for them to add that map. I doubt it'll make me play more, though. I get the market for it, and I think it will do well. But i just don't see the hardcore BF fan like me wasting a lot of time (or any money) here.
I've fallen in love with the M16A2 with the 4x scope. I go out of my way to use the Assault class just so I can use that gun.

The gun was way better at release before they nerfed it without cause.The 3rd bullet basically flies off in a random direction a lot of the times. I'm pretty sure you're still better off with the An-94.My stats are probably gonna start getting really ugly next week. Still trying to finish up the platinum for the RPG (have 5 gold stars now i think) and i'm pretty much out of decent guns to use with an engineer. Are you on a new gamertag from when you played earlier? I was this week and it would have been painful, but Vietnam gave me all the class specific unlocks to use instantly in its playlist. Now I almost have everything in the assault, engineer, and medic unlocked due to the exp earned is applied to the standard BC2 section also.Vietnam exapansion queued up for the next time I log on. Onslaught is horde style. The Vietnam pack you get every weapon to start out with and there are only iron sights besides the snipers. Because of that I have found the iron sights on the guns to be much better than the average standard BC2 iron sight.No, same GT so I should still have everything from before but I think I only finished Recon. It looked like he would get up from hiding and would shoot you and then go back down while ignoring your teammates.

Sure man, we usually only run 3-deep at the most, depending on whether Tyler gets on or not. Usually it's just me and Infamous though. Yeah, I love worthless sniper teammates. However, the M95 is a ton of fun to rush with. I actually prefer vanilla since it's less campy. The maps they made for Vietnam are littered with chokepoints, and the dark color palette really lends itself to camping.I'm really enjoying my 2nd stint of playing BC2 online and will probably pick up BF3 on release. I love the gameplay compared to other FPS's, it just fits my style more.Ren, we should party up sometime on Vietnam or in vanilla. Barley and I had a game yesterday in conquest where we had a full team of 10 other guys and we never saw a single person in front of us trying to push up towards the B cap point on Cao Son Temple. We finally captured it after 6-7 minutes of spawning on each other and slowly picking away the enemies and moving up from being spawn humped. I mentioned that we must be playing 7v12, then I noticed we had 8 guys sitting back sniping in bushes. It only takes 1-2 quality snipers to control the other teams snipers and provide anti armor support.
No problem. Although, I have not played the 4 maps they added on in the last VIP DLC so if we get any of those I'll be noob on the map locations/bottle necks. I enjoy sniping, but many people don't understand there is a time when your team needs to make a push. A few weeks before Vietnam came out they release a VIP DLC that added 4 maps to the original game. VIP is the access code that you got for buying the game and was the way Dice could give free DLC instead of charging for the new maps/game types.
My friend used FRAPS to record some of his PC gameplay one time and ran into the same problems. The files are ridiculously huge. I'd love to see what it looks like when you play on the PC. I don't now, never played them. I have played only Vietnam since I came back. But they do exist because I was looking at map names and was huh??
