I just wanted to stop by and wish you all luck for the upcoming season. I've heard a lot of nice things sbout each of you and wish you could all be winners, but we know that can't happen. I'd like to give a special shout out to Nipsey, who has made our days here at WIS just a little brighter.

Hi Mr. P -I'm sure you know this, but I'm going to tell you again anyway. Championships are not won in April (or February in this case). We at WIS have simmed out your league's season many times. It so happens that Nips start slow each year, then gains momentum, eventually becoming unbeatable. Not sure why this happens, but it does. We think it has something to do with Fred Lynn, but we're not sure.

Tris is so fragile I think they gave it to him to make him feel good. Seriously, I think he gets fatigued walking from the on-deck circle to the batters box.

WOW, what a win. Against some pitching better than some of our staffs, the Bums overcome a late 3 run deficit on two 8 inning and one 9th inning runs. Mize with a 2 run single followed by the Billy Herman's game tying bottom of the 9th homer.

In a stroke of GM genius, Lofton and his 95 speed was drafted with the sole purpose of Pinch Running and comes through scoring the winning run.

Bottom 11: Koya's BK Bums

Johnny Mize is hit by a pitch. [1] Johnny Mize is being pinch-run for by Kenny Lofton. Lofton steals second. [2] Mike Schmidt hits a flyball single to RF. Lofton scores from second.

Schmidt with the game winning hit, but Loftons speed did the trick.

So, what is the other league we gonna start? Post 1920-1990?

I believe that was an issue of his during Tris' playing career - am I correct or wrong?I looked at Colome. Spike owen, eh? I dont even know most of those pitchers, but those settings must be set to leave in, forever.

Who is in their division? Those teams have a damn good shot at MVP numbers!

Huh? This is why I posed a question. A simple - you are indeed incorrect, as he played in X number of games in his career shows - would have been fine. Not looking to be contentious. Also, I never claimed Maddux had durability issues, but rather did not realize how much of a workhorse he had been. I didnt question durability, but rather how deep he went in games, and his heart.

UCONN won't be the only one to pound on a dummy team.I slightly upgraded the pitching on one of the dummy teams..just wanted some guys in there who weren't going to tire out after 2 innings. They still suck, but should be more durable.
