Dumb story. Went heavy on the Caps last night. Thought it'd be an easy blowout. Went to bed they were losing w/ 3 minutes to go. Totally bummed. Didn't sleep. Woke up to see they tied the game with 1:05 to go and won in OT.

 
Bovada account got hacked and I’m in a mess trying to get it squared away. Opened up my account this morning around 7:30 and had 3800 and change. About 9:00 I went in to look at baseball lines and I had 25 cents. I looked at my transactions and it had a bitcoin withdrawal for 3700.  I called them and they put me on hold and adjusted my account back to what it was.  While on the phone my balance dwindled back down to one dollar. They shut my account down and said they would have to research and call me back. I’m so pissed off I had to leave work.

took the rangers at home +1.5 (-105). Cole hamels on the mound getting even money at home with some cushion against verlander and his over 5 era in April (I know it is march)  the last 3 years.

Anyone doing the MLB Beat the Streak app contest? 5.6MM if you can pick any MLB player to get a hit each day, in honor of DiMaggio's 56 game streak. Can pick up to 2 hitters a day to get it moving faster, but if any player goes hitless you reset to 0. I love the simplicity and fun of this, because it's going to be impossible and it will be fun to see someone in the 50's lose it on a CGSO by someone like Kyle Gibson.

Took Jose Ramirez vs. King Felix to start.

Similar thing happened to me last month.  I woke up to an email about a pending withdrawal which I hadn't initiated.  I quickly cancelled it and contacted Bovada.  I wound up changing my password and no issues since, especially once I ran my balance down to zero myself.  All sites really need 2FA for withdrawals.

Stupid opening day rainout 

was headed down to game when wife texted me and told me it was PPD.  could have still gone down and day drank but F it

of course nobody in my group can go tomorrow, at least we can trade in tix anytime this year

oh well time to make some ill advised baseball bets

 
Happy to see so many baseball wagering fans in here. My friends scoff at my love of baseball. I love how, with the exception of mondays and thursdays and weather, you have 15 games to choose from.

Just give it a few weeks for the new to wear off and everyone will be moaning about how baseball is a season-long endeavor just to break even and how much of a grind it is.

Baseball is so great. I really want to day drink and keep watching these games. I have to win something first, lol.

Watching someone crack a double and hearing the sound of a ball you know is going yard, is badass

 
What a  joke. I wake up early and the Pirates game is postponed. So then I rush a bet on the Cubs game that loses.

Then I bet the over on this Orioles / Twins game... only to find out afterwards, Mark Trumbo is out.

So I’ve made one rushed bet and one bet on inaccurate information. Go baseball!

O's might be better off without Trumbo, he's real bad despite the power numbers.

:yes: to both.  I was just fooling around b/c I remember in the past CSizzle and I were discussing JMend in the booth and it was nice to see her b/c it means summer and beaches and skirt season and all that stuff, and also baseball.

It will be like 50 degrees out, if you don't like betting overs in the cold, but Bailey and the Reds 10-0 O/U L10 home when it's less than 63 degrees out.

Foltynewicz 8-4 SU and O/U as the fave, average 9±3 rpg in the wins. Nick Pivetta 31R allowed in 28.1 IP away/night. Wind blowing out to left center.

Morgan Jones (boxing) tomorrow. Lines vary from -110 to -150 right now so you might have to shop around. No power, but he's clever, defends well, and his opponent, Auimatagi, hasn't really done much.

This is only 6 rounds and Jones doesn't have much power, but he's fighting at home (in Wales, way down on the Joshua/Parker undercard) and he should get the nod if it's close.
Mentioned before, but Joshua by decision +500 and over 8.5 rounds +150 for Joshua/Parker are both very solid in my book. Joshua himself is predicting its going to take 9 rounds.
