I usually don't put in a huge favorite, but with LA starting 2+ hours after everyone else, a good round of games early put me in a great hedge position.

No noticeable trends in the third quarter.

Scoring by quarter:

Q1 - 56, 61, 59, 48 (56 point average)
Q2 - 57, 69, 64, 64 (63.5 average)
Q3 - 50, 45, 53, 38 (46.5 average)
Q4 - 42, 51, 52, 72 (54.25 average)

Q2 scoring was above average at 63.5 per game. Q3 scoring was below average at 46.5 per game.
 
If you bet a 1st inning score/NO score bet, and it wins and pays out at the end of the inning but then the game is rained out and canceled after the 3rd inning, does that bet stand or do books go back and reverse?

Did the 1st inning finish?  I think it's viewed as a prop bet, once it's over it's over.

Then again i'm only talking directly out my ###.

It was.  The story goes there was a gun on the counter of his bar.  He picked up the gun and it went off and killed him.

i heard about the incident but I didn't realize it happened in palm beach county let allone st sugar d's (his bar).

This might be the most poorly written news article I ever encountered 

"The shooting happened last Friday night at the Sugar D's club. Investigators said a worker moved a gun off a shelf at the club. The gun fired and the bullet struck Rudolph who went to the club to make some repairs. Rudolph died the next afternoon."
