NFL DRAFT - WHO WILL NO 1 OVERALL PICK HUG FIRST

MOM  -110

 Burrow seems like a good, conservative kind of kid. He has to hug his mom first, right? Friend at +1000 is mighty tempting if he is sitting on a couch with friends and hugs first he sees, but i see more of a handshake and high five, right?

 
Light work day today so I'm playing Tampa Bay Downs (who am I kidding...I play a track every day).

5th race I like a 2/4/6 exacta box.  6-1 morning line on the 4 seems too high, so a small WPS on him as well.

Hit the 2/6 exacta but now there's an inquiry.   If somehow that puts the 4 into third instead of 4th I hit a superfecta.

Nasty bump there but doesn't involve any of the top 4.

Took a shot with Pat's draft Tua at +1900, no real info other than close ties between bb and saban, Pat's need a QB and it just feels like the kind of steal the pats could make work with 12 draft picks(and Tua turns into a hall of famer destroying the bills for years to come)

 
Combined you guys as well as the Twitter thread for the following:

Field first RB (Not Swift/Dobbins/Taylor) +550 (Like a sprinkle on Clyde Edwards-Helaire here)

Swift u32.5 -135 (Emotional pick, went to my HS)

Tua o5.5 +125 (Believe the fade Tua hype)

Simmons o6.5 -190 (Was -130 when I logged in, moved to -190 by the time I was ready to bet, off the board an hour later)

Jefferson o21.5 +160 (Tailing Goo)

so Jeudy knee was junk, then fine again

Miami is trading up to 3, but for Wills becuase Giants are going to take him at 4

tua going to be around in the 20’s

Ive seen a lot of Mocks where CJ is taken at 16, that seems to be his ceiling.  -280 May be cutting it close.

agree on Chaisson - 17 is the lowest I’ve seen him go.

I think every mock where Philly doesn’t trade out of 21 they take Jefferson. 

Tough to warm up to Okudah Overs becuase he seems to really fit with the Lions.  The second you hear about Det trading out of 3 (to Mia, LAC, Car) it’s pound town on the over at any price.

Wilfs, Wills, Becton, Thomas are all “Locks”

Walter football has all of these guys drafted in round one.

hennesey Jones Wilson Jackson Ruiz Cleveland 

I personally don’t need the stress in my life to bet 5500/500 on over 5.5 but I think we will be at 5 by pick 20.

It’s getting to the point where this could be an all time entertaining draft.  Absolutely anything could happen at 3 and it’s going to cascade down.  

I still can’t picture a scenerio where the lions don’t trade out.  Chargers absolutely need a QB out of this draft and they would be the odd man out if someone jumps up.

Lombardo is the guy that was on NYG taking Jones last year well before anyone else was.  He seemed to be hinting at Andrew Thomas being the choice in the last 10 days or so, so I put a little bit on Thomas +700 as first tackle taken.  But the above column makes it sound like trade down is possible and/or that Simmons/Brown would be more likely than a tackle.  FWIW.
