The saboteurs are the ones that can't think for themselves and allow their party to dictate what they should believe.  Easily led and easily fooled.
So if Hillary wins and makes the Supreme Court basically 100 percent liberal and they take away all of our rights that will be fine because..... ?

Yeah, that's definitely a concern but that's why their are 3rd party candidates.  I don't know what to tell you, though. I consider Hillary and Trump lying, corrupt pieces of ####.  I won't vote for either one of them.

As a great man once said Not voting or voting for someone who has no chance may make you feel morally superior, but it does nothing for me.

I feel like the Supreme Court is used by both parties as a boogie man to make the sheep hold their noses and vote for their parties nominee regardless of their flaws.

What rights are you most fearful of losing if the Court swings back to being Liberal?

Be careful what you wish for, because neither Trump nor Clinton will be nominating a true conservative to the Supreme Court. So you can either take your chances with Clinton vs. Congress (where you've at least got a fighting chance that Congress will reject her choices) or you can take your chances with whatever wackjob Judge Reinhold types that Trump is liable to nominate (which would instantly be greenlighted by Congress).

Plus, Congress has already shown that their willing to deny hearings for Merrick Garland. What's stopping them from blocking a vote for another 4 years?

Well, she's pretty much screwed - just like the rest of us.  Both are lying, corrupt pieces of ####.
False equivalence strikes again.

They are unequally corrupt.  They are on completely different levels as liars.

Clinton tells lies to try to cover up mistakes she wish hadn't happened.  Certainly in the "debit" column, but I understand what her motivation is.

I'm not sure Trump knows how to tell the truth anymore.  He's been a con man pretty much his entire adult life, perhaps longer.  He tells little unplanned lies that just pop in his head while he's selling the idea of President Trump.  Like when he lied to the press to claim he personally selected Cleveland as the venue for the Republican Convention to rub Kasich's nose in his loss.  The convention site was chosen before Trump entered the race and that is a fact that could be easily checked in less than a minute.  Or when Trump claimed the NFL asked him to move the debate dates because he would kill NFL's TV ratings.  That could be checked easily with one phone call.

Those are lies Hillary would never tell.  When she lies, she makes you work to prove her wrong.  Trump just hopes not enough people give a #### about truth, relying on false equivalences made by Level 1 (or lower) thinkers to give him a pass, or flood the airwaves with so much bull#### people don't even know where to start cleaning.

Sure because a "generic average D" is a more noble person .

what a pantload
No, because providing clean drinking water to all, at public expense, is far more in line with traditional D values than R values.  R's are more likely to be against regulations and more in favor of free market solutions, like providing clean water to those who pay for clean water.

Charitable to call them mistakes.

A mistake is an error you make forgetting to carry the one on a math exam.  Hillary, in contrast, has made calculated decisions, weighing her options and evading scrutiny.  It hasn't worked very well for her but they are hardly innocent mistakes.

Head in the sand, strikes again!  Do you see what you're doing?  You're arguing that Hillary is a better liar as a reason to vote for her.  Not only that, you're making EXCUSES for her lying by minimizing them and calling them "mistakes".  If you have to do that, you've already lost all credibility since it shows a willingness to ignore everything she has done.

Listen, you can pretend you and Hillary live in Unicorn land all you want, but the "my corrupt candidate is better than your corrupt candidate" just isn't going to fly.  They both crossed the line where degrees of lying and corruptness don't even matter anymore.  You can try to make youeself feel better all you want, but the fact of the matter is both candidates are equally terrible in their own way.  Neither choice is optimal.

The "false equivalence!  false equivalence!" line HRC supporters like to parrot is only done to make YOURSELF feel better about your choice - it's not based in reality.

I think it is reasonable to say Clinton isn't as much of a liar or as corrupt as Trump.  However, by any reasonable definition, she has proven to be both corrupt and a liar

Curious why you picked two examples that were obviously jokes.

Hillary tells lies to cover up illegal or unethical behavior.  Trumps tells lies because he isn't bright on these matters.  May be a false equivalency, but neither is superior to the other.

I'm going to go with Powell's assessment as it better expresses my sentiments:

"A 70-year person with a long track record, unbridled ambition, greedy, not transformational, with a husband still d—ing bimbos at home (according to the NYP),” Powell added.

This is really pretty funny, but he knows her well and calls her greedy and not transformational.  He's right.  And on unbridled ambition...  Duh.

Let the "sexist" changes fly.  But I'd say the same if Golem were running.

This is correct....it's the difference between going ridiculous speed and ludicrous speed.

Speaking of a pantload, I asked you twice in the Trump thread to explain what you meant in the below post as to how the win over Romney, brought us Trump, but you ignored me

So please enlighten us:
The reason the Obama win over Romney brought us Trump(in my opinion) is because the liberals fought dirty and did whatever it took to win. Even if that included accusing Romney of murder. The only way to counter that is to have our own guy that fights dirty.

Wat??????????

Accuse Romney of murder? Like Ted Kennedy and Chappaquiddick?

Who did he kill? When and where?

And when did the liberals supposedly do that?

And, if so, how did that impact the election per any exit polls or from any reputable post election analysis?

I could buy someone's argument that there is no proof Hillary jeopardized national security by lying about her handling of classified information.

To put things in perspective, exactly how Trump's lies impacted regular Americans?  Please explain why I should take them much more seriously than I did.

I enjoyed reading Powell's emails.  Very entertaining.

I don't think it's reasonable to assume that Hillary Clinton is corrupt. There's been over 2 decades of charges against her by her enemies yet every one of them has been debunked. Excessive charges without any proof doesn't mean anything.

He wasn't joking.  He was lying to try to present himself as a bigger deal than he actually is.  It's what he's done for decades.  I picked those examples to show how everpresent lying is in his words, lies that have nothing to gain from and plenty to lose.  He lies so constantly we're numb to it.  He went on CNBC the other day and lied about how much money he had in the stock market, claimed to have zero when he has millions invested.  Why lie about that?

Like Max, I reject the argument that "Hillary is bad but not as bad as Trump." Max rejects it because he believes that they're both equally bad. I reject it because I believe Hillary is good.

She is good at letting Bill d### bimbos at home.

From the NYP: “Bill Clinton reportedly has a buxom blond mistress who visits so often when Hillary Clinton isn’t home in Chappaqua that the former president’s Secret Service detail have given her an unofficial code name: Energizer.”

Isn't that like months old? And who knows if it's true? And even if it is, who cares? How will that affect Hillary as President in any way?

The point is, ladies and gentleman, that Hillary -- for lack of a better word -- is good. Hillary is right. Hillary works. Hillary clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Hillary, in all of her forms -- Hillary for life, for money, for love, knowledge -- has marked the upward surge of mankind. And Hillary -- you mark my words -- will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA.
