The Buccaneers' official website reports Hilliard (ankle) is listed as questionable on the team's injury report, but he's practiced fully the past two days and is expected to start Sunday.
Fantasy Source spin: Hilliard is a decent bye-week fill-in against Tennessee. He's leading the Bucs in receptions and is just two yards behind Joey Galloway for the lead in receiving yards.
