The series is far from over.  The Caps are the better team right now but they're getting some unfortunate bad breaks.  I'm still very nervous about this series.  I fully expect an 8-0 thrashing in game 5.

Yeah I agree with this.  Probably shouldn't have been called but he kind of has himself to blame there.  Nice embellishment though.

Penalties should be called whenever. Swallowing the whistle IS letting the refs decide the game.

Agree.  Phantom call sucks, but it looked lime a penalty until watched in slo-mo.  Hard to criticize the officials too much
