Today was my 30th Bday. I had to work late and my father, out of nowheresville wend into the ICU because of some prostate ####...I dont wanna hijack this but he said to me:"I'd rather be havin a beer and watchin the Crew with you":tearsinmyeyes:Theres some serious dust in here:own3d: for my old man and Crew fans everywhere
:banned:We'll be thinking of him.If you need anything let me know.... And I don't mean on the business end.Good luck GB
Thanks all! He's doing well and is coming home today. Had a pretty bad bacterial infection in his prostate...then they found cancer...oof. Luckily its only a few cells and is very early stage so they're really optimistic that it isn't something to be overly concerned about. He was in great spirits yesterday and got to watch the game so despite his troubles, he's excited. Im glad he got to see that. But how about them Brewers huh? It was a bit of a gift having Homerun Howry and Wurst pitching when they did this weekend.

:hifive:   :pickle: :banned: Who will be there Saturday?
I wish
 parking costs more than tickets did during the reg. season...I'm only dissapointed that ticket scalpers are gonna make tons of $$ off of this rather than the Brewers... I mean, tehre are tickets being sold on Stubhub and such for $1000 for the 1st divisional game, I have no clue how much they paid for that ticket, but I doubt its anywhere near $1000...

From Rotoworld:

The Brewers will not carry Ben Sheets on their roster for the NLDS against the Phillies.Sheets' latest MRI reportedly confirmed that he has a muscle tear near his elbow. It'd seem to make him a long shot to contribute at all in October, but it's far better news than ligament damage would have been as he heads into free agency. With Sheets out, Mitch Stetter will claim a roster spot as a relieve

Crazy, if there is a Sunday game I am not going, that I know. I wonder how much I could get for my tickets/perferred parking.

I'll be there on Saturday, and again on Sunday assuming we take atleast 1 of the next 2.

Hopefully Durham and Counsell start from here on out, regardless of match up.

Remember, you can't spell Weeks without 2 E's and a K

For those interested, i have outfield loge tickets, face is $30. My general parking was only $10 or $15 so i don't know who or why people are paying more than that. Don't let parking stop you from attending the game, if the price matters just park at the VA hospital and take the 15 minute walk.

I'm sure I could sell the tickets for a nice profit but the experience will be worth more than money can buy. Take last Sunday's game as an example.
