Bad call. Everything in the stands is fair game for the fans. 

Country Joe going metropolitan. And I say this all as a Boston fan.

No dog in fight here.  

Nobody knows if he would have caught it or not...but the rule is if his arm in the stands it is a HR. Betts whole arm was over the rail.  That is a tough call to make from where West was but that is why there is replay.  West should have erred on the side it was a HR which it was and let replay prove it was not a HR if that was the case.

They still can`t get it right.

Altuve should have been on 3rd if he was admiring less and running more. 

No way they don’t bring him in so it’s no consequence, but HR trots should be reserved for HRs. ;)

Buck Showalter said Betts is the best RFer he’s ever seen. Not sure about that but he’s certainly one of the best in the game right now.

to be fair I had about half this many units of similar HOU ML +1XXaction last night that didn’t pay out. 

Tonight it will tho

####! It ended up being based on Joe West’s call and there was not enough evidence to overturn it?  The fact that it was Joe West’s call alone should have been enough evidence

There are still shots from a different angle of the fans extending their arms and reaching across the wall as they hit Mookie’s glove. I don’t know what the official rule is, as the ball is obviously over the yellow line of the wall but the ball isn’t across the wall yet. Mookie is not on the fan side of the wall yet.

Then it’s MLB’s job to not only tell us that, but to show us the reasoning behind their judgement. As long as they dont, then anyone and everyone has a right to question it.

Who knows what angles are ultimately available for MLB to review and if only official network cameras can be used. What I saw was still shots posted on Twitter. Don’t know where they came from.

All MLB had to say was there was not enough evidence to overturn the call on the field so the fan interference call stood.

Let me know when you’re old enough to place a wager on a team you’re not emotionally attached to and would prefer the game to be called on the up and up.

He plays a lot of MLB2018 on Xbox and the angles are always conclusive.
