That was GLORIOUS.
That was great all around. Now WWE needs to develope the female storylines and not be it as a filler
if they keep them apart, that could legitmately main event 35Rhonda vs asuka would be main event worthy even with no belts involved
Yeah nah, they'll probably be booked together every week from here til then. Creative sucks.if they keep them apart, that could legitmately main event 35
https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2018/1/28/16943796/gif-brock-lesnar-shoot-punches-braun-strowman-wwe-royal-rumble-2018Did anyone just see Lesnar legit punch Braun? Braun went down in a heap.
No way, there was legitimately great booking by today's creative's standards in the men's match. It was well paced with good moments throughout the match. We had Corbin clearing out the ring for Elias' concert time, to Heath Slater getting waylaid by 6 other entrants before making it to the ring, to Jinder getting pelted with pancakes, to a great final 4 with excellent heat, to an awesome win setting up for what is hopefully a magical Wrestlemania match. That was a lot of fun. Beat the men's Rumble match, no doubt.
Stunning
If you think you know what’s going to happen, it’s always best to be prepared for it not to happen. I’d say Lesnar was legit upset over that. It’ll be interesting to see if any heat comes up over this.
I'm new to WWE Network. I was blown away by how good that BTS Wrestlemania doc was. Liked how candid the wrestlers were.Wrestlemania Orlando 24 doc was great as is the case with all these WWE behind the scenes productions.
I still can't believe I was in that crowd for the Hardy return. Big E coming back into the tunnel with, "Oh my... that's a pop."![]()
Taker bit made my heart churn.
I was listening to a show on Sirius/XM this morning and they were talking with Coach about his "debut" tonight. The subject of that tweet came up and he laughed it off basically saying (paraphrased), "That was absolutely true at the time. The passage of time has created this opportunity. If people want to rip me for that take - which was correct for that time and place - so be it."
I think this kind of stuff happens way more than we realize. So fascinating to see in slow-mo. It was fun to watch in real-time and clearly noticable (I want to know what Lesnar yelled at him) but that blow to the head jiggled Strowman's brains a bit. Yikes.
Looks like they really handled Dolph's return well. Guy needed to leave WWE yesterday. They have nothing for him outside the whole "I don't get the respect I deserve" schtick they've attempted 250 times with him.Craig_MiamiFL said:Rumble was meh. If it weren't bad enough women went last on Rumble, they had to put Stephanie on commentary. Every bit as bad as Art Donovan. Only thing that would have topped it would be "How much does she weigh?' These days she is one of the worst things in wrestling TV history.
Art Donovan... Darn it Craig...
Looks to me like Strowman caught Lesnar awfully hard with that knee and Lesnar took exception to it.
Art Donovan... Darn it Craig...

Go compare her "commentary" vs. his. Remarkably similar. This needs to be posted in the Actions that need to stop thread. Will they ever drop this stupid point to the WM sign crap?
yep my son too. Still talking about thatI have to you Slater’s contribution to the Rumble was the highlight of the evening for my daughter. I don’t know if I have ever heard her laugh so hard.
He comes out and is all happy and then Boom!! He is down. Just![]()
Elias even stopped his serenade just to give him a swift kick. GOLD.shadyridr said:yep my son too. Still talking about that
Every time he went down, my daughter would just roll and yell, "But he has kids"Elias even stopped his serenade just to give him a swift kick. GOLD.

I wouldn't watch TNA with @Craig_MiamiFL's eyes. #TNAwful
I've been to indy shows with better storytelling than #TNAwful.![]()
They can't last much longer. Last I heard they were PAYING PEOPLE to have an audience for their TV tapings.
Really taking his role as Angle's kid seriously.
Like 10,000 other things the WWE does, they did it wrong. They should have used the angle to keep giving him title opportunities, ones he doesn't deserve in order to get heat. What he gets is really tepid heat, like the crowd is bored with him.Really taking his role as Angle's kid seriously.
Seriously though, I hate the character, hate the gimmick, but sucks to see a young guy have to go through this.
I swear you, me and a couple of the other peeps here could book WWE light years better than what they are doing now.Like 10,000 other things the WWE does, they did it wrong. I read yesterday somewhere that Miz's kid is due pretty close to WM and he is not missing the birth/afterglow for anything. I will try to find the link.
Interesting, because I've actually enjoyed what they've been doing with JJ recentlyLike 10,000 other things the WWE does, they did it wrong. My son doesnt even watch Smackdown anymore. Just RawSD has gotten a stale to me. Just no interest in their storylines anymore. The whole AJ vs Owens/Sami thing has been done to death. The Bryan vs Shane thing is annoying, and I wouldn't be surprised if it led to a match at WM for control of SD. What was once the land of opportunity has become a wasteland.
I haven't watched either RAW or SD in months. I keep the network for the PPVs, NXT which I will binge watch once a month, and then to watch whatever Conrad and Bruce talk about on Something To Wrestle Withshadyridr said:My son doesnt even watch Smackdown anymore. Just Raw
It's not terrible; however, it could be done better.coyote5 said:Interesting, because I've actually enjoyed what they've been doing with JJ recently
