Kenny OMEGA THE CLEANER IS OFFICIALLY AEW!!!!!!!
I always :lmao:  at those WWE marks who suh-WORE he was coming to the E cuz hurr durr MONEY!!   :lmao:    To use their hero's theme song, there was no chance in hell he was coming there to be fed to Reigns, Strowman, etc. as well as being given a terrible gimmick.

Also My source commented on a meme of Alexa Bliss from WWE Meme's where he dropped the ask Jimmy USO what he'd do comment. Thats when I replied dam are you dropping that Jimmy U was caught with Alexa? He said yep. Well Alexa was tagged in his original tweet. Today Alexi followed me on Twitter and sent me a PM of Hello Fan. Weird
I'm sure AB is engaged to another wrestler, isn't she? That along with Jimmy being married makes for an um..."interesting" locker room.  I don't care how hot the other woman is - and, trust me, Bliss is HAWT - it's not worth going out on your wife for. It never is.

OTOH, nice job getting a follow from Alexa.

My favorite claim was always when they'd say these NJPW guys would show up at the Rumble. AJ Styles was an acceptation as he had a per appearance or match clause contract with them where he could show up when needed similar to Jericho's recent NJPW deal. His last NJPW appearance was New Years Dash when Omega and Bucks kicked him out of BC. NJPW contracts go from Jan 31st of one year to Jan 31st the next unless they have some rare multi year contract which I believe Okada and a few others have which was to help prevent WWE from stealing talent. My favorite comment came from Matt Jackson when the fan Dmd if Kenny was gonna be at the Rumble.

Yeah he told me to personally tell you if you asked about that he will not be in the RR as he'd be in breach of his current contract with NJPW."

It was really weird seeing and hearing the Bucks act serious last night too. You can really tell they love the business.

I thought the follow was weird after the stuff that happened but I guess she knew I meant nothing by it and knows my source most likely.

I agree with you she's engaged to Buddy Murphy who she started going out with when Murphy and Wesley Blake had the Tag Team in the beginning of NXT when Zayn, Neville and Breeze were all fighting for the Next tItle. Paige was still Women's champ down there and Blake &Murphy were feuding with Enzo and Cass so it's been min. And Yes that is an interesting locker room but it now makes sense why Bliss was moved to Smackdown. However the 205 Brand travels with Smackdown so Jimmy sees Blake often so I'm sure it's weird. I haven't heard anything else about the Naomi/Jimmy stuff. I just heard what he gave me. Sounds like they were about to do or were starting marriage counseling. Not sure how Daddy Rikishi feels about all of this either. I hate people who cheat on their spouses but it really shocked me when I learned it was Jimmy. I've met him a few times and based on that and interviews and stuff didn't come off as the type. Buddy is also a cool dude and doesn't deserve that from either Alexa or Jimmy. My Cousin's finance is from Australia and met him at a few of the wrestling shows in Australia where he's from at some of the promotions there. Hell of a guy. His ring name is in honor of one of the players on his hometown Rugby team (At least the Murphy Part). He and PJ Black AKA Justin Gabriel in WWE would seem to get along well as both seem to like doing extreme sports like diving with sharks, sky diving, rock climbing etc. It's weird seeing a guy les then 2 1/2 months younger then you doing the stuff he does. I didn't think much of him in the Blake & Murphy tag team but dam as a singles wrestler he's something else.

In ring I think the USOs are one of the most underrated and underappreciated Tag Teams in the business. They've just been over saturated. I think the gimmick change from coming out in Tribal paint to the OG look was a much needed thing after they got buried in the Roman initiative. Only reason they were put with Roman wasn't because of family but the USO's were a fan favorite and WWE thought they could mask the boos with the "How could people boo the USO's they like them" myth.

And I shockingly speaking of the Samoan dynasty and Reigns in the above post theres a fan who listens and watches the podcast I watch as well. He's Roman's Cousin same last name he's apparently dealing with Cancer too. The family is a mess right now outside of Rock, Tama and Toga. Can't forget BattleCow Nia Jax issues either.

This thing on Kenta is awesome. WWE doing these small little Doc's is something I can say they've done right. The Becky one was amazing. Now if WWE could do vignettes and introduce the NXT talent or new talent they sign that skip NXT we'd be onto something here.

Go 205 Sleep

So AEW doing Jericho V Omega 2 is apparently a shot at WWE who wanted to do it. Codi and the Bucks made a few jabs at WWE especially Bucks when they took pot shots at Tag Team wrestling not being held as important anymore. A big #### the Revival chant started after that.

Um so is the Bruce Pritchard Show with Conrad now done from WWE network if he's a commentator for AEW rumor is true? I wouldn't put it past WWE because they are so petty. I mean yeah it makes sense to get rid of show with a guy who people might look up and see he commentates for another wrestling brand but WWE is incredible petty. Apparently Alex use to write for a lower wrestling blog and left the business in 2012 saying he had zero passion for it anymore. He's been doing SIriusXM for NFL and covers the Dolphins and I didn't realize I already follow him on twitter.

And here's VKM showing how petty he can be.

Initial speculation was Ambrose and Jax would eventually have a match and it looks like WWE is indeed going with that idea at a February 22 live event in Jonesboro, Arkansas. In the video below, the promo shows an advertisement for Jax vs. Ambrose in a "Intergender Special Attraction."
Vince will pay you gobs to stay if he thinks you're worth it, but will humiliate you on the way out if you don't take his cash.

Bliss started on Smackdown in July ‘16 and moved Raw after Mania in ‘17. Buddy Murphy didn’t come to 205 Live until about a year ago, so he and Bliss were never on the road together since her call up. And she and Jimmy Uso would rarely see each other since she left SD, whereas his wife has been there the whole time. So if Uso and Bliss were caught together, it would seem like it would have to have been a few years ago, not something recent.  Just seems unlikely.

That's what I was trying to get confirmed. However they've been doing joint PPV's for the last year. I know there was a recent incident from what I got told and it wasn't the first time he was caught "messing around" and he's apparently known as a big flirt backstage. I was trying to figure out from him if the Bliss thing was one of the first or recent. My guess with storyline I would say Mandy was recently. by process of elimination it has to be because:

Sonya: She plays for the other team

Becky: She most likely wouldn't get the push she has

Charlotte: Possible but thats still hard to see however Charlotte is Teflon with the Company

Naomi: She's married to the guy

Carmella: doubt it

Lana: Married to Rusev and I know Rusev and the USO's are incredible good friends

Zelina: Jimmy would've had his head kicked in by Black

Asuka: Couldn't see it

Peyton Royce: SHe's with Tye maybe

Billie Kay: she'd be the only other one but I doubt it she's incredible shy.

Mandy Rose: Mandy was known as a ring rat on Tough Enough too. Accused of it multiple times and I believe she bragged about wrestlers she dated when on there.

Only other thing I can think of is a female backstage worker. If Mickie James was on SD my 2nd guess is her considering the whole Cena thing yrs ago. I like Mickie as.a wrestler but she's been known to sleep around the locker room too.

Interesting Story from Talk is Jericho Cruise with Jerry Lawler and JR. Jerry talked how he became Color guy for WWE. Vince was commentating with Macho Man and he was looking for Randy before the show. This was when WCW would come on hr before RAW at 8PM. Someone said to Vince when he asked where Randy was "Vince did you see the TV" Theres Randy down in Hot ALanta. Vince plays it off like nothing looks to Jerry and says "Hey you mind doing color with me tonight and I'll find a replacement full time next week." And thats how Jerry Lawler the Short Version of how he got to do color for WWE

Given that she's now married to NWA champion Nick Aldis and they have a kid together, I doubt it even if she was on the same roster as him.

Match is off, thankfully.

Bryan Alvarez today on Wrestling Observer Live radio said he has heard rumors that there was a sponsor that spoke up and said that they did not want to support a product that promoted intergender wrestling. Alvarez stressed that it was only a rumor he had heard and at this time can not confirm it. WWE thought about it. They created advertising for it. And now it is cancelled.

Someone do a wellness check on Jim Cornette

Quintessential Pro Wrestling has booked a match between Joey Ryan and Priscilla Kelly for their upcoming event on March 14th.

On top of this being an inter-gender match, it’s a match pitting two of the most controversial gimmicks in pro wrestling today. Joey Ryan is known for using his “anatomy” to inflict pain on his opponents whereas Priscilla Kelly has both thrown up on opponents as well as simulated making her opponent eat a used tampon during her matches.

Given that she's now married to NWA champion Nick Aldis and they have a kid together, I doubt it even if she was on the same roster as him.
Trust me Mickie has some stories that aren't really public of fooling around and being unfaithful. I haven't heard any stories of her unfaithful with Nick but I wouldn't put it past her. I was told by some that Mickie has been known by co workers as the HS SL** of the locker room.

This match was nothing more to embarrass Dean. Plus I wonder which sponsor it was and if this match was say Rhonda vs HHH or someone else would the advertisers really give a ####. Some of these advertisers are nothing but virtue signalers. I won't get too political in this thread as it's not the time or place and I'm more left leaning too. They've got skeletons of their own in the closet that if came out would make them look like hypocrites from Employee MeToo moments and the such. And for a company so apparently "worried" now because of head injuries in wrestling (Only because of the lawsuit) you'd think they wouldnt put their wrestlers in matches with a women who is clearly not a safe worker. Just shows you how petty and BS both things are. For me it's just nothing more then these people pandering to certain folks to not "offend" them because they don't realize its storyline kayfabe and just like a movie or TV show only difference is yes some of the stuff is real, injuries happen and it's filmed live. If you don't like it don't watch or sponsor it. Surely there's companies who'd love to sponsor a more adult version of WWE and I know friends if WWE actually went to a bit more grown up would come back and watch. The fans you lose wouldn't matter as the fans you lost diehards would comeback.

This is something you're seeing across all entertainment media. Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who and now the MCU seem to have become afflicted by Third Wave Feminism. The WWE is not necessarily guilty of this particular trend as they're more about trying to keep stockholders and advertisers happy. In general, it is of a similar theme; the entertainment is/has changed and the hardcore fan base may or may not be on board with these changes.

The bolded may or may not be true. In WWE's case, they want the Snickers, Tide detergent, Ford cars as they are more valuable (and mainstream) advertisers than Trojan condoms, the video game du  jour, or horror movies.  I'm too lazy to look it up, but family-friendly entertainment as a whole is more profitable than adult-oriented fare. Plus, with more family-friendly options out there, that means WWE is competing for those same dollars as your water park, movie theater, local carnivals, etc.  Obviously, WWE sees that family-friendly is the market they want to tap into.  It's growing and it's a form of entertainment that can be generational - dad takes son who takes grandson, etc. There's more money to be made with TV-PG than TV-14.

By going back to TV-14, you shut out the family audience and as a result a more limited money stream.  Plus, RoH, NJPW, or Impact really aren't doing adult-themed storylines, either. Like it or not, the Attitude Era of story telling is gone and isn't coming back for the foreseeable future. VKM wants to make money; if doing bikini pillow fights would make him a truck-load of money, he'd do it. However, right now family-friendly programming is going to make him 5 truckloads of cash, so that's where the bus is going.

They don't even need to be TV14 though. They just need to get better storylines and stop insulting our intelligence and acting like we're all little kids when we aren't. No need for TV14. You can do a lot with PG but WWE is barely PG either anymore. It's more then Disney rated which ever that is.Not saying attitude ERA storylines either but you can do more. Impact has had some incredible actual hardcore matches. I don't need blood all the time but some blood. Sami v Pentagon match was amazing at Slamaversy. You wouldn't see that type of match in WWE because it might "scare" or "offend" someone. The writing sucks. Stop acting like we're all little kids. Give me something I'm not embarrassed to watch. The problem with WWE these days is its less about the wrestling and more about soap Oprah drama everybody made fun of them being. I had friends who basically said it was too kiddish for them and like Dean Ambrose hate the hokey ####. They aren't as bad as Dean who apparently hates like the Undertaker/Wyatt type stuff I heard but stop insulting us.

The hypocrisy of WWE is astounding though. They don't want to offend their advertisers yet are in bed with the Saudis for the next 10 yrs. Again won't get into all the politics here but CSN reported a week or so ago what many underground media/watch dog groups has been reporting for yrs. The US is trading weapons with the Saudis who then sell those weapons to ISIS and Alqada. It's a huge black market trade weapons agreement. It's how we pay off our debts to the Saudis who are the biggest state terrorism sponsor in the world. Many people forget most of the 9/11 attackers came from Saudi Arabia too. Yet WWE is worried about offending advertisers? Just shows how hypocritical they are. Its like saying the Black guy was offended by someone calling him the N word yet drops it on his buddies. like come on. The hypocrisy by WWE and their sponsors is just so astounding. It's hard to take them seriously.

I use to have a dream of working for WWE after the whole NFL dream went to bed but now over the last few yrs if I were to ever get fully into the business I'd rather go work for ROH or NJPW. I just heard Talk is Jericho interview with Jay White. I've heard a few of the NJPW guys in interviews as well as what Styles/Balor/Club have said about NJPW along with Chris. NJPW seems like an awesome place to work. A lot of camaraderie and people working together to help each other. Going out for beers together, no one apparently forces you to learn Japanese but they do suggest learning some phrases that will help you when over there, after. tour they all get together and celebrate end of the tour etc. Sounds like way more fun then WWE. You also get to do your own thing and Jado and Co don't micromanage you. Heck give me ROH too. I live only 45 Mins from the Dojo here in PA. In fact I met one of the ROH Dojo trainees at my work a few months ago. He said they brought the Bucks and Kenny over to visit them there and were incredible. This is the same Dojo that Adam Cole trained in but he'd mostly go to the city to the armory as where he's from Lancaster PA is almost 2hr drive to Philly and he wanted ROH to personally see him. Sandman stops in at one of my local bars and some of the underclass ECW Alumni who were from the area still live here. SO if I really wanted to with the money I could maybe save actually get something going. Point is these days it seems no one wants to go to WWE anymore. So many other options to be happy. WWE is taking a huge hit on talent if they don't change it up soon. If AEW gets a TV deal and doesn't make mistakes it'd be a big threat to WWE. Some people are upset with the SJW stuff from Codi and they signed the first Trans wrestler to their company that's annoyed some people but if they don't go over board there they could become legit comp to WWE in a few yrs. WWE unless they change it up soon are at risk of losing a lot of talent who aren't happy. Hopefully things start changing when HHH takes over more because my big issues with WWE are more with VKM who doesn't want to change the product to what the fans want today and Hunter seems more in the zone with the current state of wrestling. VKM still thinks putting Giants over is a meal ticket to success and it's not.

First, I'm going to   at "soap Oprah". It was probably inadvertent, but you swerved into some comedy there.

I would agree that you don't have to do TV-14 anymore and your point is valid. The writing is slapdash and continuity is non-existent.

Cody and the Bucks signing Sonny Kiss was a great move. I'm not a fan of the transgender thing, but I don't let that interfere with me enjoying his matches. If you've not seen him on Lucha Underground, you need to check this guy out. There was nothing said about who/what he is on LU which IMO was great. Let the talent speak for itself.  Of course, the WWE-only marks will label him by saying all he does is "flippy ####", but that does a disservice to him. I don't care if AEW takes on WWE; I just want another alternative. I want more guys and gals wrestling for a living with real options for their careers.

When I did the meet and greet with Marty Scurll, I said he should do what's best for him and ignore us marks. He seemed taken aback by that. Will I be bummed if/when Marty leaves RoH? Yeah, but if he goes somewhere where he can have a better schedule, more/similar money, more creative freedom, and be closer to Deonna on a regular basis, then so be it.

Sounds like we're getting Hunter as head of company sooner then we thought

Hearing that with today’s SEC filling that HHH will be taking over for an interim head of the company after Wrestlemania. That is 8-9 months before the launch of XFL in which Vince will be prioritizing his time on.

Yeah it was more inadvertent

Thats what happens when you hire strictly TV/Movie writers and not people who have experience with wrestling and storylines

I have zero problem with Sonny Kiss. Saw LU but really wasn't too impressed with him. Though up until a few days ago I actually did believe it was real and just a gimmick a wrestler was taking advantage of something culturally that was hot. It's not my words though I used. There's some AEW fans not happy with some of Codi's stuff. The Jacksonville show for Gun Violence and then the stuff with Sonny Kiss. They feel Codi and AEW is getting a little too political. Personally I got no problem with the stuff right now. It's nothing over the top SJW/PC wise though.

I hope to God until Hunter has control fully of where character direction goes and all Marty stays as far away from WWE as possible a long with every else WWE wants. If that means going to AEW then so be it. Didn't realize his contract didn't end when the rest of The Elite's ended though. The only issue I got with Wrestlers relationships with each other is unless they are married it usually ends up ending at some point. Fans were hell bent that if Ricochet signed with WWE Tessa would too. Well they ended up breaking up why they didn't come together and both ended up going to different companies instead. Not sure why they broke up but if it was his decision he's a dam idiot

Mustafi Ali is out Sunday's EC match with an eye injury. There will be a tournament to fill his replacement on SD according to what I got told

Why would a match against Nia embarrass Dean?  Does that mean that they embarrassed all 29 other contenders in the men’s Royal Rumble because they were part of a match she was in?

Becky Lynch is more over right now than any of the men. Women’s wrestling in the WWE is not a joke anymore. Nia isn’t the best performer, but she’s better than some of the men. I think that your assumption that Vince or Dean viewing a match against Nia as being an embarrassment is mistaken.

Vince isn’t in the habit of burning bridges out of spite unless there’s something more to gain from it. It’s not what’s best for business.

Because that's what I was told and what was reported. Nia coming out when Dean was gonna shoot and tell everyone he wasn't renewing his contract Nia was sent out to embarrass him. That's all that segment was. The match was meant as a rib to Dean for not renewing his deal. If WWE was serious about a inter gender match they'd have done it already when Ronda was hot against HHH.
