It is, but let's real nearly half of those women are competing in a ****ty 4 way tag match that noone gives a crap about :lmao: They have two nights to fill :shrug:

True, but those WM checks cash the same, regardless of the match you are in. To even have 10 women in meaningful matches, is an improvement. And not one bra and/or panty in the bunch.

It's slightly different with the women-only Joshi companies in Japan, but it still blows my mind that it took decades for New Japan to have any women on their cards.

Based on all I've read, WWE is the second best company with women's wrestling after STARDOM and it isn't close imo.

Becky Lynch is still my favorite, she rocks. Though Jamie Hayter is making a great case to me of late. I still haven't shelled out 999 Yen to watch any of STARDOM, still want to do that but there are only so many hours.

Most of their tapings don't get uploaded right away and aren't live. I've been paying through the Stardom twitter link to the PPV English version of ordering as you can watch it after.

I had the opposite reaction...Sunday is a classic Mania card. Hell in a Cell, awesome triple threat match, wild sideshow match, and a giant main event. I remember Saturday blowing the doors off last year, so I think they tried to better balance this year so everyone isn't blown out by the final match.
 
LA Knight should have won the battle royal. Crowds go apeshit with him. He should also be a main eventer. You can count on a couple fingers of guys in wrestling that are over as him right now.

Konnans induction speech of Rey one of the best ever. Not a word scripted of it.

Then Dom/Rhea stay seated and don't clap during Rey's entrance.....then leave 🤣🤣🤣

No clue what his future holds but Dom's been gold as a heel in this feud.

Flair has been an embarrassment for as long as I can remember. It's amazing how many give him a pass for being a terrible person in general.
 
Per multiple sources AEW and Punk were making way on and agreement to get Punk back with Tony Khan leading the charge before Punk's IG post. This also goes with a report that AEW was trying to book the larger United Center for All out instead of the NOW Arena

People gave Hogan a pass for yrs for similar until the recording of him showing how big of a racist he was. Then WWE brought him back despite many not wanting him. Big E and Titus were among some of the African American talent in the locker room when Hogan apologized who insinuated that it was a fake apology and he didn't mean it. More of I'm sorry I got caught not I'm sorry I didn't something wrong let me fix this. It's mostly the older generation who gives these clowns a pass for being terrible people. I still see numerious people defending Vince after what he did. Also Rick Steiner just went after Giesle of IMPACT shouting homophobic stuff at her. Chris Jericho came out today calling Stiener scum of the earth and he use to bully him Juve, Eddie etc in WCW. Giesle called out legends for not coming out to say anything essentially when these legends do this ****.

I blame the legends for not speaking out who should as well as older fans. What may have been ok years ago isn't today. Its about time a lot of these scumbags get called out for who they are. Considering what a terrible person Flair is I'm shocked he wasn't METOO as well. Flair was a great in ring talent and performer but that should defend his behavior over the years and most I think forget he stole the Gimmick from Buddy Rodgers.

Also the ole "I'm not saying anything because I'm gonna mind my own business." is just a copout as well. I work retail and see retail people bullied by customers constantly. I was in another store not my own and totally different company with my friend 2 months ago grabbing some stuff. Some older guy was going after this young kid about a price. It got bad enough I started going after the guy. I told the cashier to call their manager and when their manager came over I told him what was going on. After that there customers who saw it said something to the manager finally. Kid thanked me after and the customer left without their stuff being escorted out by Mall security. If you are gonna stand around all you are saying is I agree with what is going on. If you there by yourself in line ad you don't have family or someone with you, you better say something. Sick of this whole copout just gonna mind my own business from people. They are either lazy or they agree with what's happening.

Michael Cole revealed that his 30 year anniversary (4 years from now) would be a really cool goal to reach before he retires from the WWE commentary team.
 
Shibata beat Yuta Wheeler to become the new ROH PURE Champ. He came out after Eddies match to help Eddie after he lost to Claudio of BCC when Claudio and Wheeler were ready to attack Eddie. The Lucha Bros won the Reach for the Sky Later Match During the closing moments Dante Martin suffered a horrifying Foot injury during a Canadian driver off the ladder into the tables. No word on his status.
 
ELP has declared himself the new Bullet Club Leader

PWInsider is reporting, per multiple sources, that Drew McIntyre's WWE contract is set to expire soon and he not reached an agreement on an extension yet.
The report specified that his deal is is not up "imminently" but word is that it’s in the final year, which could mean just a few months before it ends.

Huh, no one going through ten tables and setting each other on fire in the Cena/Theory match and the crowd still went nuts. It's almost like people that know how to work can get the fans hyped up using ring psychology and not have to resort to stupid, dangerous spots.

Honestly, what is the point of this post? Is it not ok for people to enjoy different forms of entertainment?
 
Lita scares me everytime she does a Litasault, but she pulls it off again, barely. Sky made Lita look much better than it could have been. Bayley and Becky just still are the best. And Trish must be taking whatever Stacy Keibler is taking as she looks the same as she did 20 years ago.

Yeah, I honestly missed a bunch of the backstory. That package told me all I need to know. Great story telling, again - the long-term story and the highlights.

It really helps these days that a team of writers is allowed to write without fear their work will be changed 4 hours before they go live.
