Well, after the Cubs win it this year, I move to have the Mariners be called the new lovable losers. No matter who's in charge this franchise just can't win. I love the team, I love all the players, but man it's all in spite of them never being any good. And that pretty much sums up their whole existence.

And Lee with a homerun in the bottom of the tenth to keep them from getting swept in their home series. Feel the excitement!

Well, that was fun while it lasted. Sure doesn't help things when all the pitchers get hurt. I'm going to stay hopeful they all can make it back healthy by the ASB and we can try for a second half push. I know we probably won't catch Texas, and Houston has now passed us, but if we can get back to how we were playing at the beginning of the season, maybe we can get that second wild card.
