Sounds more like LAG won't let him leave for free like it was initially reported. It sounds like Ibra and Milan already have a deal agreed on but the thing holding everything back is LAG who don't want to give him up for free. We won't know anything more about any of this until UEFA rules on Milan's penalties for their bogus FFP. Only seems they are concerned about certain teams spending too much which is why I think the whole FFP is a joke. it looked to me like the initial set up was identical to here in NE, coupled with an area not known to be heavily invested in sports to begin with. I was not in any way encouraged when we first found out they were being considered.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what to expect but when I heard Blank was in charge I knew it would be well run. That doesn’t always mean success on the field as there’s too many variables to assure major success. Blank is a very savvy business man and he seems to have the right balance of control and letting people do what they are good at - and to that point he seems to do an excellent job hiring the right people. Despite what happened in the Super Bowl he’s made the Falcons a solid franchise after 30+ years of being a laughingstock. I love the guy.
