Ijalana yes, Pinkston no. I think Pinkston is a 4th-5th round guy. I'd much rather have Ziemba in the 3rd/4th if they go CB in the second.Give me Ben Ijalana or Jason Pinkston in Rd 2 and I will be satisfied.
Maybe I should just mosey about here for about a week and leave those other places to their own devices. It should improve my blood pressure, if nothing else.
Because we like CBs who can stop the run?Because we dont like CBs who can defend the pass and make interceptions?I like that we continue to take the best steeler player rather than reaching for OT and CB. I really liked the pick and was quite happy they passed on Williams who I don't think was a fit for us.
I will not be surprised if they go interior line (O or D) in the 3rd.Marcus Cannon or Clint Boling anyone? If we can get a cb in rd 3, I'll get delirious
I'll take Marcus "Lymphoma" Cannon in the 4th at earliestI will not be surprised if they go interior line (O or D) in the 3rd.Marcus Cannon or Clint Boling anyone? If we can get a cb in rd 3, I'll get delirious
I agree to a point... but lymphoma (depending on type) can be curable.Marcus' had his diagnosed very early and is known to be a treatable kind.I'll take Marcus "Lymphoma" Cannon in the 4th at earliestI will not be surprised if they go interior line (O or D) in the 3rd.Marcus Cannon or Clint Boling anyone? If we can get a cb in rd 3, I'll get delirious
They may very unwilling at drafting a corner they don't believe will play immediatley as a starter. This will force a free agency look for some veteran help. Which could have been the plan all along.Or as you pointed out, take multiple corners (because we are this late in the draft) in hopes that they can find a gem ready to help now. But they did that couple years ago and it didn't work out.Ellis in the third would be interesting. They had him in for a visit.....At some point though, they have to take the corner. That had a passel of them in for visits and Colbert/Tomlin seemed to allude to the idea that they'd be taking more than one this weekend. It'll be interesting to see what happens the next two rounds in that regard. Could they go CB/CB in 3-4?
I havent checked up, but is it Hodgkins or non-Hodgkins Lymphoma if you know? Its definitely treatable, and they arent on the same plain, but Cannon's Lymphoma worries me less than Clayborn's Erb's Palsy and Bowers apparent peg-leg. Lymphoma is treatable. Cannon might not play this year, but if he slides, he seems like a Steelers guy and the illness makes me hope they give him a chanceI agree to a point... but lymphoma (depending on type) can be curable.Marcus' had his diagnosed very early and is known to be a treatable kind.I'll take Marcus "Lymphoma" Cannon in the 4th at earliestI will not be surprised if they go interior line (O or D) in the 3rd.Marcus Cannon or Clint Boling anyone? If we can get a cb in rd 3, I'll get deliriousIf the doctors are cool with it, Im cool with it.

DT Jerrell Powe? A CB? Boling? A biggersize wr/te type?nfln says Jets taking Ellis :(now what? Boling, Taiwan Jones, Curtis Brown?
I feel a curveball like Quizz or something out of the blueBrace yourself for a letdown... it just may be someone they want and something us fans just were not expecting. Though I hope not. C'mon CB.
We always get those during the 2nd-4th round.I feel a curveball like Quizz or something out of the blueBrace yourself for a letdown... it just may be someone they want and something us fans just were not expecting. Though I hope not. C'mon CB.
thank goodness I was wrongthe need was there for BrownI feel a curveball like Quizz or something out of the blueBrace yourself for a letdown... it just may be someone they want and something us fans just were not expecting. Though I hope not. C'mon CB.
2- Curtis Brown. CB. A well-rounded and true "athlete" with soft hands and fluid hips. Can handle both zone and man-to-man assignments. And is a top Special Team gunner. Steady but not spectacular.
