I was looking at the schedule earlier.  A couple that I'll check out:

• FEAR really early Tuesday morning
  
• Sonic Adventure / Sonic Spinball / Sonic 2 on Tuesday afternoon
  
• Cuphead on Wednesday night because I enjoy the streamer
  
• Celeste race at 1:21 AM Thursday morning 
  
• The Mario block on Thursday night, a bunch of games with some races
  
• TASBot on Friday night because it sounds interesting
  
• Kirby's Dream Land / Kirby's Adventure on Sat morning

Schedule notes:

They've loaded the finale stretch on Saturday. Super Mario Maker Relay Race and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Bingo are super hype. Big bonus game donation incentive is Super Mario Odyssey. That will be the penultimate game of the marathon primetime Saturday and is an incredible run with silly awesome movement tech.
