Odd that Chung can hit a receiver just as the ball arrives, and it's a good play.  And if he waits two seconds till the receiver starts to move it's a good tackle.

But if he times it in between and hits him just AFTER the ball has arrived, we're supposed to believe it would be a personal foul because the receiver hadn't established himself as a runner?

League is insane...and now the refs throw the flag before figuring out what it was for...you can't make this stuff up!
