Thrilled to see Shirin gone. Can't believe Spencer cried over her.

Jeff being turned on by Abi?

Just how fricken' big was that fishing net to where Joe could make 5 hammocks out of it and still have enough to go fishing?

I thought it was interesting how the old school (build relationships) vs. new school (strategizing at all costs) was a microcosm of today's society.
Had to shake my head at Spencer going to Woo to be disloyal to his allance.Hey Spencer remember that speech you made about how everyone should vote for Tony over Woo. Woo the guy who is to loyal for his own good. Spencer is an overrated player.
Once they laughed at Abi it was over. Shirin and Spencer were idiots. They had a 5-4 advantage, barely an advantage and they let the girl who is an emotional disaster get run over by a member of the 4 and you laugh at her? Then you try and beg people you ignored to help you at the last minute? They were so bad all 3 of their alliance of 5 voted against them. They took their foot of the gas way too early.

Also, I think that tribe is destined for failure, the other tribe just seems way better at challenges and likely will keep running the table.
about that.

Not only that but..

They will be switching into 3 tribes.. now that is a twist and will be fun to watch

kinda lame that they're breaking up the tribes because the people that I like are on the stronger one, but let's see how it shakes out. if they do that "crack an egg and see the color" thing, they can still end up with very unbalanced tribes.

Does the tribe know about the HII that Kelly has? I ask because the first tribal council Jeff mentioned the whole, "if you have a HII, now is the time to play it" speech. So, is that normal now or is it out that someone has one now?

Also, the second challenge, they should have showed where that HII was hiding in the challenge even if no one found the clue for it. I'd be willing to bet Ciera could have found it on the bench she was sitting on but it'd be nice to know.

My complaint is there is a serious lack of eye-candy here. Kelly--yeah---but it is a quick downhill from there.

My wife is loving this because she is stuck on Joe--whom I love to call the Survival Kenny-G. but couldn't they have given the guys someone to look at? I mean give me Chelsea back and I am in heaven.

Just wait til Kas gets on that Survivor diet.

Agree...

What happens if Kelly gets her tribe switched and can't get to her buried HII?

I assume they show up for their reward challenge... Switch tribes and perhaps go to "another beach" someplace right then and there???

Her tribe does not know about the HII. She has not told anyone.

I wonder if Survivor even hid an HII because they know that no one found a clue to it. Therefore, no one would be looking for it.

It will be interesting to see if Kelly is watching the other tribe in challenges to see if anyone else is looking for an idol. She has to know that because her tribe had a clue to an HII at an immunity challenge, the other tribe has the same set up.

HUGE point. Since the nonsense of going through others bags has started, I wonder if this has happened before.

First thing I thought of when seeing the previews for next week.

Agreed. I thought the same thing when she hid the idol. I'm surprised they don't have a rule against searching others' belongings. Just seems to go outside the bounds of expected conduct, even including deception as a strategy. IIRC when this has happened before, though, the individual offenders have not had negative social consequences.

Do they bring their bags with them to the challenge? if not, she's got a shot when they go back to collect their things.

Except she won't know about the tribe switch up.

That would definitely suck to lose your idol like that.

Wonder if you could hide it somewhere at tribal council?

As I recall, the first occurrence of someone getting caught going through someone's bag was probably about 10 seasons ago and the tribe viewed the person doing it as basically committing a survivor sin. I am racking my brain to remember when and where it occurred. Now its so common, I am wondering if Abi put her bracelet in Peh Gee's bag only to find it as some form of strategy. The edits this season are choppy and I am surprised the bracelet thing didn't come back up (same wit Woo's conversation with Spencer and Shrinn; it was so choppy, it was obvious they were using answers to different questions strung together to create more drama).

Found this here:

https://us.beamly.com/tv-news/2015/05/05/go-someones-bag-survivor/

Way back during Survivor: Fiji, Mookie and Alex went through fan favorite Yau Man’s bag to see if he had a hidden immunity idol. The move backfired on the pair, and the tribe found it a total violation of trust and ultimately stayed loyal to Yau (well until that car challenge).

During the challenge I told the wife the PG/Abi tribe will lose and they will somehow screw it up even though they have 4 against 2 at tribal.. and Woo will, once again, have that :oldunsure: look on his face that he is known for at tribal C.

Woo never disappoints. :whoosh:

Hard to not root for Jeremy. It was pretty funny how he got that idol - I was waiting for someone to yell at him asking WTF he's doing kneeling at the chest.

It's pretty bad when Abi outplays you (PG).

Stand up job by Spencer not to tell his g/f he loves her. On some level he must realize he is gay so good that he doesn't lead her on too much.

Jeff is a great character, I hope he sticks around for the duration. Man Abi is a train wreck, so annoying but very entertaining

Agree re eye candy, Kelly is damn hot though and comes across as pretty cool too

Hard to believe that some of these people were voted on by fans...why? PG//Wigglesworth?
I really don't think they were. They casted for conflict and stories just like they always do.

Unless Kass has 200,000 cousins nobody would have voted for her either

I can see why Kass would get some votes. She has a distinct personality that stands out. I'd rather have someone like her mixed in with the cast than to have a lot of eye candy whose personalities are very similar.

I have come to the conclusion that you don't want to be a close ally of Woo because his allies always get blindsided, leaving Woo with the "what happened?" face.

He does seem like such a good dude, however, so I can see where you might want to be friends with him

Strong move by Savage and Tasha to not only get their disadvantage down to 3-2, but to take out PG and leave Abi who is someone who is very likely to switch tribe loyalties and vote with them.

The problem with Abi (aside from being a huge lady dog) is that even though you Savage and Tasha had her for the last vote, Woo and Varner could pull her back because, well, she's a flake and can be insulted by you saying "hi" to her, when she wanted to to say "hello".

You see, I think Savage has her figured out. As long as you coddle her, she will not betray you. Feed her ego, be catty to those she feels dissed her. He played it masterfully and think he can keep that up.

Until someone puts misinformation in her ear.

They'd have been better off to vote out Varner. Knowing that PG and Abi can't work together would ensure numbers.

I remember voting for both of them. Mainly, I voted for the attractive chicks, but Wigglesworth was from the first season and PG was the only person really from the middle seasons.

During tribal council, Jeff refereed to some massive meltdown that happened after the challenge.

Did I miss something or did something get edited out? All I saw was Varner mouthing something to Wiggles and Sasha calling him a rat.

That was what Probst was asking about.

This is a good season in terms of strategy and gameplay but one of the worst eye candy (for hetero males) seasons in recent memory. Thank goodness for Kelley Wentworth.

I would pay good cash money for a gif of all Woo reaction shots when someone is voted out and he had no idea (which is always).
