Last two weeks have been pretty good with the blindsides..

Woo is always  about what's happening..

LOVED Savage getting knocked down a peg from his "I'm King :bowtie: " statements after the switch.

Kass is a wench, most know this, and thus I think we will be stuck with her till near the end..

a BIG  to next week's preview..

A merge already???

3 days of the switch and then a merge...

Better play would have been 6 days before bringing them all together..

But hey, at least it showed that Chaos Kass is about to shoot herself in the foot again.

I think they planned on 6 days, but with Terry leaving it accelerated it.

Nope. Terry leaving accelerated them going to 2 tribes this episode, but Probst said they always planned on going to 2 tribes at 14. Thus, my guess is them going to 1 tribe was also planned at 13.

Abi oiled up and silent = :moneybag:

Loved that challenge.
I came in here to mention that. Great butt on her. All is forgiven imo.
The survivor diet is working nicely for her build.
It is helping but not a fan. Looks like she was hit in the face with a bag of rocks.
I don't really look at her face. :)

She is certainly the type that needs a lot of make up to look even semi decent in her face

Will having two contestants leave instead of the normal 1 effect the finale? I was wondering whether they needed to change from a planned final 3 to 2 now to keep the schedule. Or will they add in a filler "scenes you missed" type episode?

The number of episodes with game content is established at the start of the season with cbs. They plan ahead to cover someone dropping out. Sometimes they start with more than they need and plan for double elimination episodes if none quit.
Can you point to other double eliminations in the past that were still with in the hour time frame of a normal episode? I am having problems thinking of any.

Kass must be really repugnant in person because she really made an effort to be friendly this time around and still turned everyone off.

I think that was only Kass' second vote this season - hard to keep track with all the tribe swaps. So if that's true, she was only able to play nice until she actually had to start playing the game. And lets be honest, how exactly did last weeks vote help her long term? Maybe she has a grateful Spencer she can work with, but she could have kept the peace and been secure in the 6 remaining players in her tribe. Instead, she and Ciera painted targets on their backs.

:goodposting: She and Ciera both horribly misplayed that.

And what was with Ciera voting for Savage?

Only thing that makes sense is she knew the votes weren't there to vote out Tasha.

They were just splitting the vote in case one of them played an idol.

wait what

I think you were thinking of the Ciera and Kass votes as there was no "Spitting" of votes with Kass's Klan.. One voted Savage, Ciera voted Kass, Kass and Abi voted Tasha. unless you think they were suppose to vote 2 Savage, 2 Tasha??

So glad Kass is gone.. :bye:

Disliked her in her first year and disliked her this year.. Sure they tried to give her a "Kind Kass" edit.. But it wasn't fooling anyone. as soon as she really needed to start playing the game, she reverted back to her natural wench self..

Completely stupid to think you can start :stirspot: and think. "This is how you win".. and no idea what the heck Ciera was thinking when she decided to join Kass and try to start Chaos..

Thank god they got rid of Kass and not Tasha. If I were voting for Kass, I'd write down the vote and then underline the a$$ in her name. #### her.

Tasha seems like a great person. Hard to not root for her.

Keith still cracks me up every time he's on camera.

I'm surprised Joe went right out and won the first immunity. Thought he might try and sand bag things a bit while he was out of the lime light. Going right out and winning the first one just reminds the tribe that he's a huge threat.

Spencer was smart to be in the Ciera side of the vote. He can use that during his Q&A with Kass if he makes final 3.

Kass is awful at playing the game, but thinks she is great. She did it last time as well, making horrible decision after horrible decision and getting lucky. Same thing here, just stupidity to put the target on your back when it seemed like they had the 7-6 advantage. Ciera isn't smart, that is why she joined Kass.

Also, I think you got the votes wrong. Wentworth voted Kass and Ciera voted for Savage (because they don't like each other now). I don't know if there was any strategy to Ciera's vote, i.e. making sure there wasn't a tie or something. I think she realized Kass was going home and just voted for him.

 You are correct.. For some reason I thought Blonde was the one to "throw a vote away" on Savage.

 she is.. As he read the last vote he said "The tribe member voted out, and our first member of the jury is Kass"..

So, if they stick with final 3 we have a 10 person jury.. Wonder if that means it will be a 2 person Final so they have the odd 11 for jury members.

I missed the mention of Kass being on the jury too. Unless they go with a final 4, this will be the largest jury in Survivor history as the largest so far has been 9. 11 speeches and/or questions from jury members seems like bad TV to me and will drag on (especially no as Kass is one of them).

I feel like last season not every juror was shown asking a questions/making a long statement.

She really is a dumb ###. And she thinks she always has it all figured out, always with that stupid look on her face. I like the idea of underlining the "###" in her name when you write it down. Perfect.

Goodbye and good riddance :bye: #####

I too was a little surprised that Joe went out and won that first immunity.

I must have missed it too that she was on the jury, becsue I mentioned to my wife and daughter that Spencer voting for her wouldn't hurt him come jury time with Kass.

Just once, I'd like to see someone go to the place where they write the names down, turn around and very loudly yell something like, "Hey, Kass. Do you spell your name with a K or a C?"

Sierra telling everyone at TC to "play the game" and if you're not being cut throat, you're not playing the game. Different ways to play, kid. Every single TC doesn't have to be a blindside for people to play a good game. Best to stay low when there are still 13 people out there.

Why was Tash so surprised at TC when her name was read? Or, was she reacting to shock when Jeff said Kass was the first jury member? She knows Kass won't vote for her in the end.

Big jury this season. Interesting to see how many make the final vote.

Good point. When he was talking about having Kass' back during his interview I was shaking my head. If he had voted with her, he would have went down in survivor history as the guy who was owned by one of the most hated players in the series. She played him and stabbed him in the back during their first season and she would have done it again this season. Glad he stayed with the other alliance.

Yeah I didn't understand Tasha's reaction also - why was she surprised that Kass was voted out? Or maybe she was reacting that way because she was relieved it worked out for her?

Yeah, maybe he should have finished in the middle of the pack on this one. Don't think he felt like he was going to be voted off this time. But he's a competitor, maybe the best challenge player the show has ever had.

In contrast, I was not surprised at all to see Fishbait drop from the challenge in 4 seconds.

I don't know. Seemed like something was edited out or something. Her reaction was one of disbelief. I thought maybe she wanted Kass to go and was happy to see her go, until she found out she was on the jury.

Those reactions are often cut together so there is never really anyway to tell when they are from.

It was funny hearing all the snickering in the room when watching that challenge with my wife and two teenage kids. Jeff with all kinds of comments about doing things with your balls and holding your poles.

You knew which way Spencer would vote because at best of he voted with Kass, or would delay the inevitable. Sure, for one week they would vote off someone not them, but they would still be greatly outnumbered and it would just be time before they were gone. He's a smart numbers player. Going in, I was just curious if Kass or Ciera would vote for each other.

Loved when Tash was getting all ghetto when Kass confronted her.

As far as Joe coming out and winning, I have a feeling nobody needs a reminder of how good he is so he figures let's just go balls to the wall on all of these. Realistically, only a puzzle or female-friendly challenge will take him down from winning II at this point. No reason to throw one just to give off the vibe that he's not the biggest threat. He knows he is, and everyone else knows it too. Might as well protect himself as much as possible.

Kass had the numbers until she decided to let it get personal, and lost her mind. Women.

Ciera vs Savage, least interesting Survivor beef ever

Agree with those saying Joe should have phoned a few in.. Once everybody's happy and peaceful he's a marked man, just like before

Soooooo glad Kass is gone. Might be the least likable survivor ever. Hey dummy, you only want to strike up "chaos" when the other side is 100% settled and your only chance is to rock the boat. A 13 person merge following multiple tribe swaps is not that time.

I'm with the "joe should just win the challenges" side. Everyone knows hes a stud. No point hiding it.

Didn't get Sierra's tc speech either. Everyone is playing. You just don't like that they're playing against you.

Only once this season did they go straight from the challenge to tribal.

They should do that more.
I'm not sure that was straight from the challenge either. Seemed like the challenge was middle of the day but when they went to tribal it was dark. That just caught my attention that episode....even went back to make sure that I was seeing it correctly.

I agree. BTW, Joe is the only one left who has never been in danger of being voted out. This was his first TC and he had immunity.

He said during the episode, you're never really sure on trust with others when you haven't even gone to Tribal.

First time he is vulnerable he will be worried.

She thinks she's better than everyone else and just couldn't help herself. Can't stand her.
She's super bitter that Savage threw her out there as the decoy vote last time. Again, hurting her own game by making #### personal and public. Savage of course, gb him, has no clue that's what caused all this.

Plus Spencer wins immunity if Joe loses and Spencer wasn't really on the inside of either alliance so an extra risk letting someone who might have gotten voted off win. If I were him I'd win as often as I could. Everyone already knows he's a threat.

The wife mentioned that Joe will probably win every challenge from here on out.

I said he'd better. The first time he loses one he's gone.
