I don't have an answer. All I know is he left the rich house to get Beth a proper first drink and he knew how to get from the rich house to the rat trap. Ergo, he knew where the country club was.

Let's say you know exactly where your local Walmart is, because you shop there all the time. They've got everything, right? Then one day you stumble upon a Target. Now, you didn't know about that Target previously, because Target is too pricey and more for the uppity rich house people, but that's not really important right now. What is important is that you could leave that Target and make it to the warm nurturing busom of your local Walmart. I know you could. I believe in you.

How the #### would he know where the rat trap was, let alone that it would have moonshine? And there's no way someone knows where a rat trap like that is without knowing the surrounding area extremely well.

....most carts are electric, though...and a gas powered one would only have a one or two gallon tank

I hated the last episode. At the very least they should chime in on some other characters so we can get a update on what they are doing, rather than focus only on two characters for the entire episode. Quite frankly, I'm not all that interested in Darrell's past (like we didn't already know it) and we have to endure Beth's quest for a freaking drink? It was a rather boring episode. I'm not saying there should be suspense at every turn, but I would like to see more character interaction and more emphasis on them being mobile in trying to better their position.

There should be more supsense. They're out in the open exposed. The walkers are such a non-threat that they're questing for moonshine and burning down shelter. Ridiculous.

Agreed. Unless you are severely outnumbered these zombies are wimps. You can easily kill and/or outrun them and it is pretty easy to build an effective stronghold against them. Morgan Jones had a good thing going.

I'll do you one better. You take a place like the prison and set up stakes 20 yards in from the fence. Let live zombies impale themselves all over them. Then zombie sounds/smells mask the humans living behind them in the prison. You zombie camoflauge the whole prison.

ETA: You can de-teeth and de-arm the zombies if you're worried about them breaking free one day.

I'm one of those that believe that the survivors are "The Walking Dead", that's what I was pointing out to Godsbrother. Looking back at it, I see I didn't word it correctly.

I like this.

I liked when Woodbury was introduced. Showed a way people were able to adapt.

I don't know if it would get old but i like when they show the survivalist aspect of the show. Even in small bits. (this past EP with the dug in fire pit, the headlight and hub caps etc...)

It allows a lot of people to place themselves in the show.

Well we saw what happened to Andrea when the swarm attacked the farm. Yeah you can get away from a walker or even a pack if that's all there is. But the woods were crawling with walkers so she'd ditch one group and run into another. Eventually you fall to exhaustion. That appeared to be the same scenario for Beth and Darryl. The more time goes by, the bigger the herds get in this world too.

I do like the idea of making a giant bug zap to attract the walkers. Seems like it'd be pretty effective. It caught the governor after all.

My wife and I are big fans of the show……..but we are both looking at each other with each passing episode since season 4's return and keep saying……will it get better?

Clearly the weakest season of the entire series thus far due to this second half. And it's not close. I hope it does pick up more as this is the last season with this cast. I was really enjoying season 4…..but after the fall of prison it has come to a screeching halt.

The show has been a great ride. Hopefully it really picks up this Sunday. It has been real bore so far. Character development? Yeah I love that……when it's interesting. This is just not very interesting at all thus far.

My wife and I are big fans of the show……..but we are both looking at each other with each passing episode since season 4's return and keep saying……will it get better?

Clearly the weakest season of the entire series thus far due to this second half. And it's not close. I hope it does pick up more as this is the last season with this cast. I was really enjoying season 4…..but after the fall of prison it has come to a screeching halt.

The show has been a great ride. Hopefully it really picks up this Sunday. It has been real bore so far. Character development? Yeah I love that……when it's interesting. This is just not very interesting at all thus far.

I agree, why would he say it's the last season with this cast? One thing I would love to see is a fast forward to the future and a grown up Carl that is a badass. That would add a great twist to the series, plus get rid of that awful acting from the current Carl.

If we're nitpicking about the zombie apocalypse, I'm not sure why there are so many zombies. I get it, when you get bit you turn. But I'm sure a good majority of those bitten are eaten. And if they are bit, I don't see alot of bite marks on the zombies. It's not like the old zombie movies where the dead (in the ground, cemeteries) come to life.

I thought that the virus caused an epidemic that wiped out a huge majority of the population and when they died they became zombies. Those that didn't get sick were still infected so when they died they also become zombies.

However I still don't understand why the zombies need to feed at all since they don't seem to "die" of starvation.

I don't think thats correct. I think the "virus" kicks in when you die. Thus, "The Walking Dead".

Picking on you...Hasn't there been discussion in this thread before about the meaning of the title? There are those that believe ķmyself included) that "The Walking Dead" refers to the survivors, not the walkers.

I think he's just confused. There is a spinoff coming in the same universe, but this show will continue.
