Because this series is bustling with too much creativity to be contained in just one show....
Lol.Its because its a money machine. I read about it a while back, I'll see if I can dig up the article.
I know, but i think they need to be careful that they don't burn out the concept. Having a "companion" show runs the risk of creating "zombie fatigue." The show is bleak as it is...a double dose seems too much...they would need a fresh angle/approach to make it viable IMHO
They haven't already?

The show has devolved into seeing how many new, cool ways they can kill zombies.

And still, people watch and will continue to watch.

May as well milk the hell out of it until people snap out of it.
You know what had potential? The Zombieland TV show.

IMO if you're going to make a zombie show it should either done with a sense of humor or done seriously. Not this Downton Abbey with zombies.
Did they really look into making a TV series with that? That would've been fun. Great flick.

I loved "Zombieland" but I think it's naive to assume some folks here wouldn't have nitpicked the living hell out of that too if it had become a TV series. :)

I think it was on Amazon Prime, because I remember watching it. Not nearly as funny as the movie, mainly because it was B-actors, but I would have tuned it and after a few episodes it might have stood on its own. I think the first show, you are so familiar with the movie that you notice the difference in actors as much as watch the show.

Probably, even though that show is not meant to be realistic in any way. Honestly, it seems like Bill Murray's character would have made life in zombieland to easy. Just put on make up and you are fine.

Amazon did a pilot but then decided not to pick it up.

I think this was the first episode in a while where they featured music. This was also the first one where I hated the song choice. Is anyone going to defend it? I mean the song was horrific, right?

Just watched the episode. It was pretty mediocre.

That song at the end was very painful. The guy singing the song should focus on playing guitar or pretty much anything else.

My wife hasn't disliked this season as much as me but she thinks it's been the weakest, especially the last 3 episodes. A female's point of view

Isn't the point of the tin can wire to have it alert you? Why have it in a tight square around your camp? The Bob group had a very suboptimal deployment IMO
