Yeah I love he wanted the Titans to kill some clock " in case they have to punt". I think they are more worried about trying to win the game.

Interesting thought, but stripping the ball is the only chance for the defense at that point, and if they're paying attention to the circumstances (unlike Hines), then they probably should go for it. In the first quarter, I doubt the fumbles happen as often as a potentially game-clinching play (except for missed FG/mishandled snap)I bet the odds of not fumbling are better than the odds of making a 25 yard FG.
