Why does nobody bump Gronk at the line?

Giving him a free release is just dumb.

1. Gronk does the bumping, most LBs are not gonna be able to knock him off his route.

2. You risk the chance he blows right by you and then its a 50 yard TD like earlier.

It's not as easy as one would like to believe.
