great ending, i was certainly entertained  ... man, Brasil was so damn close to the upset - would've loved to see that  :sadbanana:

France was put thru the wringer - very physical match, took a ton outta them ... a drained squad awaits our gals - España first, of course 🇺🇸

Solid game, entertaining throughout.

Horan not in the starting lineup.  Likely due to the yellow card, but it takes some balls to not start her in a knockout game.  I guess I can understand looking ahead to France.  I've not seen Spain play, but keep reading about how they have to be taken seriously.  Cards re-set after the quarterfinals.

             Rapinoe - Morgan - Heath

                 Mewis - Ertz - Lavelle

Dunn - Sauerbrunn - Dahlkemper - O'Hara

                              Naeher

Mewis played so well last game and Ertz is back, so Horan can afford to sit.  It's one of those things that great teams can do that we've never seen on the men's side, so it's confusing.

What a ball from Dahlkemper and a great move from Heath.  That was two very impressive skills by two different players there.  Incredible.
