***OFFICIAL What Do you need tonight. MNF Week 16*** (1 Viewer)

from AJ Green, McManus & Denver DST:

  • 32.78 to double up my finals opponent (Eli/OBJ owner)
  • 34.28 to top 200 for the 2nd time this year
  • 42.85 to set season high for the year
  • 56.40 to set new league scoring record
Projections:

AJG 14.27

K 8.65

D 16.51

total = 39.43

I'm down 17 with Broncos def and K McManus he has K Nugent. Damn it ODELL why did yo go postal left me having to start DGB got a damn goose egg from him

I need 26 points from AJ Green in PPR :banned:
I need 9.4 PPR points. I'm not really confident after watching him last week, banged up and now @ Denver and that secondary/pass rush. AJ McCarron is what scares me.

I hope Denver doesn't run away with this forcing Cinci to rest starters.

If Cinci loses would they have home field with a win next week and NE loss?

9.4 PPR points is very doable. He's had some extra time to rest his back. I think he will shine tonight.

I do like the extra time he's had to rest a bit, and I don't believe he was on the injury report. I worry more about the matchup's he has with Talib/Harris/Robey etc. Denver D is rock solid and AJ McCarron might just not be good enough.

I hope Cinci comes out to play after seeing NE lose, I think? they have a shot at home field.

Denver needs this game as well and are at home.

Only three of us actual need something so far.

AJ Green

McManus

Denver Dst

Nugent

Much different than last week's Det/NO game.

I would hope that Lewis sees the opportunity and plays Green the whole game. Just wish it was against someone other than denver but they were carved up by Manning and OBJ what's to say McCarron and Green couldn't do the same!?! :lmao:

Currently up by .16 in a championship matchup.

Thats right, read it again, point one six.

I do have the Denver defense going, which was by design this week. (My opponent is done)

My plan was if I was 2-3 points or better ahead, to simply sit the defense and get the championship and cash.

Now, being up only .16 , I will play the Denver defense and just hope they don't put up a negative number.

(If I were to actually bench the Denver defense then lose by a stat correction, I might vomit all offseason) :D

Only needed about 20 more yards by Will Tye, and I would have felt safe benching the Denver defense..... but apparently we saw "Bad Eli" last night.

That is one reason I never own Eli Manning gents.

Why was I starting Will Tye in my championship match? Tyler Eifert went down and then I didn't play Ben Watson after him being gimpy all week.

Hopefully this works out, had some horrendous luck in other playoff matchups.

TZM

I'm up by 3.9 he has CIN defense and I have E Sanders. 1600 additional to the winner...feeling alright but I've had tougher beats.

In my two large leagues. PPR.

League 1: Up by 45 and am done. Opponent has AJ Green and Denver Defense.

League 2: Need 30 from Sanders and Denver Defense combined to win.

Should be interesting. Guess Im the only one hoping on thread that AJ Green does nothing tonight.

What do you think my chances are? Im having a tough time figuring it out

2-0 so far (a third place & a first). In the one game to be determined, I have McManus and an 8 point lead, and he has Nugent. Monday night Kicker battle woo! In other finals I'm not involved in, one team has an 18 point lead, but the other has Bernard & D. Thomas. In another tilt there's Sanders vs. Thomas (and a .22 lead >.>)

I like your chances in the 1st league...while not guaranteed, if AJ has a good game it's less likely the Broncos D will and you have a large enough lead where I think your opponent needs good games from both.

League 2 I would say you're a slight underdog, maybe 40/60 or thereabouts...hard to tell though without knowing the defensive scoring (i.e., do points allowed and yards allowed potentially add points).

In one league, I need 15.4 in a PPR from E. Sanders and no stat corrections from anyone else and consider myself a slight underdog. In a 2nd league I am up 22 and going against the Denver D, I'd consider myself a favorite here but you never know with Cinci playing a backup QB. League gives a lot of points for low points allowed and yards allowed but if Cinci scores maybe 17 or more points I should be fine unless the Denver D scores a TD.

Was up 11 until Eli imploded last night. (opponent had Minn defense)

Now down 5.7 with Demaryious going.

.5 pt ppr so I think I'll be OK.

I need 2-3 fg 's from McManus, down 15 points. Lucky for me my league has ridiculous bonuses for length of fg's. He averages 15 points so it's hard to say how things will go. I despise kickers and don't even like playing in leagues with them ( TG for DK's) so this is really going to irk me if I lose.

I am not in the finals - but still following because everyone in our league has known each other since HS...23 years and counting.

What sucks is the Championship Game and the 3rd place game are essentially wrapped up so there is no drama which means no FFL until the draft next August.

Championship game - Team A leads Team B 106.5 to 82.0 and Team A has D Thomas left to play, while Team B is done. So unless Osweiler is hurt, D Thomas moves to QB and throws 25 ints, then this game is over...yawn.

3rd Place Game - Team A has 63.0, Team B has 78.5. Team A has Brandon Marshall left, Team B has McManus and Malik Jackson left to play. Even if Marshall broke our single game scoring record for a LB (23 points), Team B would still only need 8 points out of a K and DL. Yawn. Part of me hopes Marshall goes nuts to at least make one of the games close. Kind of sucks to realize the season is over.

Need a big game from D. Thomas - say 125 9 rec and a TD or two - plus no turnovers from Denver.

I'm 10 points down. My opponent is done and I have AJ in the flex tonight.

I have CJ on my bench and Hillman is available on waiver. So basically I'll be fighting the temptation to put one of the 2 backs in AJ's place all day today. :)

AJ seems the obvious choice, but with a backup QB and against the Denver D, he worries me.

My kids to go to their grand parents and a cold beer to enjoy the game.

I got all three of my leagues are already locked up!

PPR? Similar to me. I'm down 9.4. I almost did it for Diggs last night or Randle. Randle I would have won. Had I known Cooks had a good 4pm game, I would have taken the 11 from Lockett.

Oh man fantasy football.

A miracle.

Down by 25 in standard scoring with only DT left to play. We do get a 3-point bonus at 125 yards.

So I need Thomas to have 125+ yards and 2 TDs, or 170 yards and 1 TD. Not impossible but I'm considering it a loss.

Yesterday was painful. Played West and McFadden over Hightower. Had Carolina defense against Julio, that 70 yard TD was a 25 -point swing. Allen Robinson's 90 yarder was an 18-point play against me.

:tebow: :tebow: :tebow: SAVE ME JEEBUS!!! :tebow: :tebow: :tebow:

I kinda want the Broncos defense to play like the '85 Bears tonight.
I'm hoping the Bengals' D shows up in a big way. Two good defenses facing backup QBs. It'll probably be a shootout just to piss in the cornflakes for all of us who were depending on teams like the Panthers, Patriots and Steelers Sunday.

Thanks penny. Unfortunately, no yardage bonuses for defenses. 6 points for a defensive touchdown, 1 point for each sack, 2 points for interceptions or fumble recoveries. Do have a 5 point bonus for a shutout but I don't recall the last time Denver has shut a team out,

I'm up 50 with nobody left. He has AJ Green and the Bronco D. Green can't go off without hurting the DST scoring, so unless something crazy happens I should be in good shape. 99% favorite on my site.

Well, I'm probably screwed. I'm up by 3 in non-PPR and he has Jeremy Hill and Marvin Jones. At least the Broncos D is good but yeah I'm definitely screwed.

Made some poor line-up decisions. Wanted to start Powell over Ivory, but didn't. Started Cobb over Hilton. Started Tyrod Taylor over Fitzpatrick. Lost OBJ.

damnit!

I am down 18.6 with Demaryius in PPR. It's going to be close, I think. I see him with 6 for 70, the only question us will he get a TD.

I need Denver DST to score less than 27 points, standard scoring based on points and yards allowed. Feeling good.

in one league I need AJG to get 19 or less to win. Up 19.6 right now.

In another I need Sanders to outscore Thomas to win entry into a $350 contest next year.

I won one league yesterday even though I made bad choices(sat Gurley for Artis-Payne), and my big $ league, we have a 2 week final and I am up 5 going to next weekend, it will be close. Dont like some of my key players matchups or if some will sit or not.

I need 28 from Marvin Jones due to being decimated by injuries during the FF playoffs and my opponent playing deangelo & hightower :X

I need Green and Nugent to outscore Sanders by 3 points (ppr, distance bonus on tds and fgs). I am not liking my chances......

I may be closest to 50/50 odds in the thread so far. Need 11 points from AJ Green in a .25 PPR league.

FWIW, Yahoo puts my odds at 48% me, 52% for my opponent, and projects AJ to get 10.5 pts.

Not hopeful. That's even harder than PPR. You need the TD with a decent stat day.

I am actually hopeful, but thanks for your words of encouragement  .

The very tough matchup does make me nervous, and I see in the AJ thread that you think McCarron will "turtle", but AJ does have a 6/132/1 stat line with McCarron.
