;) I'm glad somebody has been keeping track. Even with five outstanding picks, Pump's team is loaded in WIS

I picked 1940 yesterday afternoon. Debs Garms, 3B/OF

Based on last night's drinking....and live play; I think I may have a pretty decent team. GB that.
I think I'll be fine, too. Pitching will be somewhat of an issue exacerbated by Fulton County, but my offense should be able to carry me to a decent record.:bullettoothtony:
".45 Desert Eagle vs. REPLICA"Potential team name.
I got it."The Desert Eagle Point 5 O's".
Settled on "Bullettooth Tony's Desert Eagle .50's"Desert Eagle .50's >>>> Colt 45's.

1927 has a few usable outfielders in it (guys with OPS over .900 and good fielding). Would be interested in trading for a backup SS who can field or a lefty reliever to fill out the bullpen.

25.18 - George Harper, OF (1927)

Not really a need but definitely BPA. He is immediately available on the trade block if anyone is interested.

Since you're the commissioner, maybe you can shorten the season to 100 six-inning games.
:lmao:
#####.
This is not the behavior of a fake baseball league commissioner.
I'm cracking under the fake pressure.
In these tense and difficult fake moments, only the cream of the fake crop can rise above and become a fake legend. Can you be that fake legend?

Another future sim idea:

Pick 25 major league teams. You can only have 1 player from each MLB team on your team, and once a player from that MLB team is drafted, another player from that MLB team cannot be picked again that round. So say I have 1st pick, I take Ruth, I can no longer draft a Yankee for the entire draft and no one else can for that round.

This way everybody has 1 player from all 25 teams.

Todd Zeile and Mike Morgan would be undraftable in this format.

BTW, I'm not advocating planning for WIS XIII before WIS XII even starts playing, but I'd be for the 6 random years option or an auction.

I actually like this idea though I'd leave it at just saying everyone one needs someone from each team and can take that player in any round (that lessens the value of draft order). You could also go with either the 24 teams after the 1969 expansion (with a wildcard pick in the 25th round) or the 16 teams after the 1977 expansion (Toronto and Seattle) and leave out one team.

I've got extra, startable bench hitters for sale. Not all wimpy slap hitters, either. Price is pretty much any reliever. Someone's consistently schatte the bed for you in SimLive? Kick 'em over here. Got an extra borderline mop-up guy that you could ditch for some hitting? Hit me with a PM.
