wow thats a steal this late in the draft if he hasnt been already taken. Crouch plays very well for his country, and England is in perhaps the 2nd worst group in the entire tournament.

Lotta good picks this round.Crouch is one of those intriguing players - certainly not the most skilled or talented players out there, but in a good situation and performs well on the big stage, assuming he gets a lot of playing time.

I love this guy, but was talked out of it during a lengthy discussion I had earlier today with a co-worker in our London office. He doesn't know more about soccer than anyone here, but since he's british and all I pretty much believe every word he says as though it were spoken by the gods. The entirety of his comments on Jovanovic (in a chat) were, "No Serbia", and that was enough for me.

Getting into interesting territory here. A lot of the cream of the crop guys off the board....go with an above average talent in a crowded situation on a team that's likely to go far? Or go with the star and potential game-breaker who plays for a team that might go out in round 1?

history says klose will be a good pick. from what i've read recently, and based on his bundesliga season. i was hesitant to pick him myself. i hope he does well, because other than the US i'll be rooting for germany.
