Running Back ADP

J LEWIS 4.01

C DILLON 5.05

D MCALLISTER 6.08

F TAYLOR 6.10

A GREEN 7.06

T JONES 7.07

C MARTIN 8.07

In reviewing ADP information from antsports.com, I was struck by how much the RBs above have in common:

1) All are approaching or have passed the age of 30.

2) All have recent injury concerns.

3) Most are in potential RBBC situations this season or face losing carries to younger backs.

I have a hard time getting excited about any of these backs. But given that this is the bulk of what's available in the middle rounds for RBs, it may be hard to avoid drafting any of them. Question: Where do people see potential value from this list?

My answer would be C-Mart, given that he (1) has the lowest ADP on the list and (2) doesn't face as talented a threat from the #2 RB on his team.

McCallister is only 27. If he wasnt in the bad situation w/Bush there now, he would be a good keeper league guy

Thomas Jones turns 28 and Jamal Lewis turns 27 this month. Deuce turns 28 at the end of the year.

He's also has the most recent injury concern--less than a year removed from an ACL injury.
He'll probably be in a good position next year though since he should be traded out of NO and have had 2 years to recover from his ACL.

If you grab any of these guys, you are committed to grabbing the handcuff as well. I see Dillon as the one with the most value as he is more likely to become the goaline back if Maroney takes over.

the right answer is dillion. possible double TDs from the 5th round....equals value.
:goodposting:From everything I've read in the local papers, Dillon is coming into the season with a chip on his shoulder. For the first time, he worked with a personal trainer this offseason and did a ton of hill work, ran sand dunes, etc...He's looked great in camp. Maroney will get some carries, but I did hear from a friend that he was getting tooled on in blitz drills in training camp the other day. I'm heading down there tonight. I'll post anything interesting I see later. Here's my Dillon prediction: 275 - 1,100 - 13
