I have no idea how often he goes off script.  At one point, I thought you could tell he was off script when he was rambling and was painfully incoherent and nonsensical, but then I read the transcript of his last speech and it blew that theory out of the water.  As I said before, it's dumb to be discussing whether the babbling comes from a teleprompter or from the heart is kind of dumb all around.  I was just wondering if those making a big deal about Obama doing it were going to make a big deal of Trump doing it
