One opening for a $100 entry fee 10 team deep (keep 10) keeper league. Very active owners who like to trade, and ethical co-commissioners (I am not one of them). This franchise has two top QBs, some very solid young RBs, good WRs, two top TEs and great draft picks - TWO first rounders including the 1.01!
Here are the current bylaws, although we are in the process of updating our by-law to clarify some things, and the whole league will then vote on a few rule changes.
STARTING LINEUPS: Total Starters: 9 - 1 QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1Flex (RB, WR, TE). 1 tie-breaker player to decide the winner when ties occur. Lineups must be turned in before each individual player's game begins. Players are locked at kick-off time of their game. Line-ups must be compete. Owners be not allowed to submit players on bye as starters
ROSTERS: Rosters consist of 20 players with a minimum of 15. Owners are allowed to place one rostered player on IR (player will not be counted toward roster maximum but must be listed as Doubtful, Out, or IR). Once de-activated, a player cannot be re-activated for 7 days.
KEEPERS: We keep 10 players every off-season. Cutdown dates are TBD.
SCHEDULE: 14 game schedule, randomly assigned with the Playoffs being played on weeks 15 & 16. Teams play division oppenents twice and non-division oppenents once or twice.
TRADING: Trades are approved by the Commissioner. Collusion is the only reason for veto. Both players and draft picks (future draft picks up to 1 season) can be traded. Week 10 is the trading deadline.
FREE AGENCY & WAIVERS: Waivers process on Wednesday Night at 10PM CST during the season. Free agency begins after that time up until kickoff of the first game that week.
DRAFT: Draft is held in August. Draft order is determined by Total Points Scored (worst to Super Bowl Champion) for non-playoff teams. Playoff teams have an order of 1st round playoff loser with the lowest TPS (7th), 1st round playoff loser with highest TPS (8th), Super Bowl runner-up (9th), Super Bowl Champion (10th).
PLAYOFFS: Both division winners and the teams with the highest winning percentage regardless of division make the playoffs. Playoffs begin on week 15 and end on week 16.
WINNINGS & FEES: Entry fee is $100, non-refundable after you have made any player-draft pick transactions (trading, dropping players, waivers, free agent pickups, etc.). Winnings are divided on an escalating basis (to be determined by rule change update) for division winners (two teams), wildcard playoff teams (two teams), first round playoff winners, second round playoff winner (who also will be the league champion). Entry fee and any other fees need to be turned in by January 31st each year. The league entry fee can be paid via paypal, money orders or cashier's checks.
