I think that they mean that it's not good karma to join a league and mess up the team so bad that a new owner needs to go into "rebuilding mode" in order to be competitive.This stuff happens. But, if it happens on a regular basis with a certain owner who drops crappy teams just to move on and take over other ones in thier place ....... Well, it tends to piss people off.

Exactly. Because it upsets the competitive balance of the league. The concept of Dynasty in theory means you are in it for the long run, not to bail after a year or two because you don't know how to draft, trade, and/or work the waiver wire. Some people should just play in redraft leagues.
