Needs an Upgrade at QB and a WR or 2. Whats good is that the league is High Scoring for LBs so Willis / Barnett / Dansby were all in the top 100 players; Willis was player 11 last yr... Out of the 1st 10 players 6 were QBs just to show how LBs score compared to RBs / WRs.
The guy just didn't have the time to manage the squad.
3.03 is a good Pick as well because Vets can be drafted beginning in the 3rd Round.
