- 10 teams
- Entry: $120 (including CBS Sportsline fee)
- 5-player keep league, with some fairly funky rules (more on this below)
- Draft will be "slow draft" format through CBS Sportsline, and will start sometime this week (provided we can find another owner)

- .05 points / passing yard
- .1 points / rushng/rec yard
- 1 point per reception
- Negative points for fumbles/interceptions
