Organizing a draft contest at work (1 Viewer)

Im sure theres a few people here that do this. We are having a contest to see who can best predict the upcoming NFL draft. We are only doing the first round. As of right now, I have a rule to reward 1 point if you pick the correct player and 1 point if you pick the correct position. So with each pick, you can receive 2 points. However, there should be bonus points. I dont know whether to reward more points if you get the earlier picks right or the later picks. I say the later picks, but some people think different. Anyone else have some input as to how you would run this? TIA.

I'm running this complex version for the SP this year. Post a mock.Also, I think you could parse a few ideas from that system to have a simplified version of the same idea.

We get fired if we screw around when we are supposed to work. Keep it well hidden. To keep the tech guys busy, we have screwed with the servers. For some odd reason the servers keep crashing after hours. Those tech guys never get any sleep.
