For those in the chicagoland area that do not have NFL network;

chanel 50 (WPWR) has bought the rights to tonights game.

I don't think they had to "buy" the rights did they? I am pretty sure the two team's cities of the Thursday Night games got the game on their local stations automatically. I suspect one of the Washington local networks is carrying it as well.

I heard on the radio they had to purchase the rights, but do not know if thats true.

(I also thought any home NFL network game was also on free TV)

Anyway it's at least on channel 50 for Chicago area.
