what's your issue? falling asleep? staying asleep? both?have you tried all the sleep hygiene and behavior stuff first? like no caffeine after early afternoon, no screen time for an hour before bedtime, exercising (but not within 3-4 hours of bedtime), not doing anything but sleeping in your room, etc?melatonin is supposed to only work if you have a sleep phase disorder (like if your internal clock is set later)doxylamine knocks me right out when i take it (in Nyquil) but i am non-functional in the AM with it
