In seriousness, I think Cav is mad because a couple of dudes in another thread were posting about how they used to bully other kids in school, including special needs kids.

They seemed to think this was just the kind of stuff kids do.

I commented to the effect that I never understood how or why kids could be so mean.

I will at least say thank you for starting a thread with my name in the title. I've been so irrelevant around here for so long now, I've almost forgotten the Otis glory days.

You just never said what you did wrong. I have taken care of special needs kids and adults, I have wiped their asses literally. I get what they did was wrong but your above stance rubbed me wrong. Please lets never talk about the phonebook.

That's it? OFFS, Otis and Zow take way worse than that in their stupid weight loss challenge thread. We a forum of nancy's now or something? I mean besides CCC2 that is, he's a known nancy.

I'm angry at the guy who was mean to the special needs kid, the guy who was mean to the guy who opened up and admitted regretting that he was mean to the special needs kid when he was younger, and the guy who was mean to the guy who was mean to the guy who was mean to the special needs kid when he was younger.

I kill myself over things i do wrong and have to good of a memory to let them go. I never remember treating a sped wrong. Our classes lined up sped, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 6I remember people calling them speds.....and they did just how it was spelled. I also remember going to events on the playground to interact and people explaining what was going on.....ie there were games where you could win a bank. Uncle sam would drop a penny into the base. I could win every game and every prize but they told my job was to help a sped to win and we(me and all my friends) did that. It was a great program for all and a life lesson.

Kind of agree with the OP here. I was browsing through that thread and a couple people mention things they regret... are obviously ashamed of and have carried with themselves for years and then Otis decides to pile on.

Nothing wrong with saying its abhorrent to pick on disabled people... But that's not what Otis was doing. It was just a low class move imo

 
So Uncle Jerry wants Fat Otis deep inside him? Do I have this right? Was there some kind of weird meteor event last night? What has gotten into folks today?

For what it's worth, I agree Acer is good people. Which is why I apologized if what I posted made him feel bad. :shrug:

Just really hate bullies, in all walks of life, but especially children.

 
I got flat out molested and fully **** grabbed by a special needs kid one day subbing for gym class. I wonder if she regrets it and posts on message boards about it.
