I don't think Schilling pitches with his foot. Seems some people need to research the actual injury here, rather than spouting off. Also, nobody seems to want to mention that he played the entire game with it until the team had the game in hand before going and getting it x-ray'd.
I am no fan of TO as he should have lost the respect of everyone. However, since he has been with Dallas everyone has tried to make something out of nothing and he handled it very, very well. He made one mistake and that was to draw attention to himself with the Lance Armstrong impersonation, but that was only to be humorous and wasn't bad. EVERYONE was giving him crap about his hammy yet Steve Smith and Ward had hammy issues as well and TO came back before both of them.Not to turn political but when you cry wolf (or trump up something) about a time that isn't valid, it only takes away from the legit times that deserve heavy criticism.Did you just start watching football this year?

Very true, but I should have clarified and also said it makes it very tough to catch a ball. Also, it likely will slow down the healing process. So, do you prefer 13 weeks of 100 percent Owens and 1 week of no Owens, or like 4 weeks of a hurting Owens where he has trouble catching the ball and 10 weeks of 100 percent Owens?Trust me if I made 15 million a season...I would play
What a worthless thread. He is listed as out 2-4 weeks because of surgery. Surgery is this thing where they cut open your body and fix things.Are you really questioning TO's toughness? Oh, man. Owens is a wimp? Good grief. Anybody actually the watch the game Sunday night? He couldn't catch the ball! If he could be effective with this injury, no matter what the pain was, he'd be playing. Owens is tougher than the combined "manliness" of everyone on this message board, whether you "dislike" him or not. 
Owens is a badass as well. When has he ever nursed an injury? If he's out, it's legit.
I'll try to use small words and talk slowly for you.He broke his hand.He needed surgery.You can't catch right after hand surgery.He is a bad man but he is not a wimp.What he did to play in the 2004 super bowl was amazing.Owens is the biggest baby in the NFL in my book..was with the 49ers was with the Eagles..and now same thing with the Cowboys..What other opinions are is up to them.
My first post (3rd overall) actually defended Owens. And I've heard that story about him calling out his teammates in Philly (to fight)...What I was trying to say was that people, for the most part, like Smith and so he will get a pass ("Why isn't anyone calling Steve Smith a baby?"). But because of Owens' rep, he will get questioned more.
