**Packers at Bears** (+5.5, 40.5) 1:00 (1 Viewer)

Bears another home dog in a divisional rivalry
If Jordan Love plays well for 4 quarters I think The Pack win going away
But if he only shows up for half a game,as he seems to do a lot
The Bears will stay close
I think he shows up enough
So...

Packers- 24
Bears- 16

Bears get some OL help back, but GB is just a better team right now. I do think the Bears do a very good job against the Packers passing game, but the offense just doesn't carry their end.

I think this is a big Josh Jacobs game, as the Bears D tires late.

Packers 24
Bears 17

Looks like we bought the same crystal ball on sale at Big Lots

I'm not watching this one. Is Jordan Love just not the QB we thought he was going to be?

I mean the way he ended last year and started this one was so promising but, since the groin strain his last 2.5 games seem concerning RoS.

He's barely completing 61% and leads the league in INTs.

How does he look out there? Lost? Injured? NBD?

He has always had two flaws IMO:
1. He has a tendency to throw high at the wrong time
2. He waits until his guys are open to throw the ball, instead of “throwing them open”

Dude is still young. He’s a quality QB. But those two issues hold him back from being a top-5 or even top-10 QB at times.

WOW, tough loss. I thought you couldn't make contact with the long snapper?!? Looks like he got run over...

Contact as he shot the gap and the other lineman pushes him to the side. Not lined up over him or making direct contact.

Crazy having walk off blocked FGs end games in the NFL in back to back weeks

Who's old enough to remember the Walter Payton game? First thing I thought of.

Who is young enough that didn't see it?
That's the list of folks in here I want to see
1999 maybe?

Correct - a few days after Payton died. Packers had a ten game win streak on the line that day same as today.

and there is also this similar play on a game ending place kick between GB/CHI:

thanks Bears

As an impartial observer who had no skin in this game
I think The Bears need a new head coach

I think it was evident two Offensive Coordinators ago that Eberflus was a hands off CEO type HC who would always throw his OC or players under the bus before admitting that he is the one who is accountable.

He's terrible at the leader of men part of the job.

I can almost live with the decision to not try for more yards at the end since their o-line has been terrible and he might not have wanted to risk getting a holding penalty and being knocked back 10 yards for the FG attempt, but the last GB drive is on all Eberflus. Defense is his side of the ball, and after the offense had done a great job at flipping the field by moving the ball from their own 1 to around midfield and then pinning the Packers deep afte the punt, Eberflus' defense let the Packers offense go 84 yards in 4 plays in less than 2 minutes to take the lead. That was pathetic.
