Pacman Jones reportedly punched a female lawyer at the Body Tap strip club in North Atlanta on January 3rd.

Jones apparently entered the manager's office, accusing the club of stealing money from him and falsely accusing his entourage of owing a tab. Jones reportedly lunged at the woman multiple times during the meeting, in what the lawyer said was an attempt at grave bodily harm. Jones didn't connect until afterwards in the hallway, when he reached around a security guard to "sucker punch" the woman. Not only could this be a violation of Jones' parole, it could result in the league delaying his March return to football activities, and certainly make the Titans less willing to welcome him back. Well, it's good to see that he followed Goddell's instruction to stay out of strip clubs. I hope Pacman enjoyed his time in the NFL.

 
If true, the guy should get another year ban at the minimum. We gotta remember there were a lot of false charges against Chris Henry so we can't assume this is true. But if it is, Jones should be going to jail and not playing football anymore. If it is true, he also has to go down as a huge coward since his crimes have been punching WOMEN.

eta: Even if he didn't punch the woman, his mere presence at a strip club should delay his re-entry into the NFL.

I saw him on Real Sports this year and he's in total denial. Gumbel read down a laundry list of charges against him over the last year and his responses were laughable, "wasn't there, dismissed, not guilty, still in court on that one but I'm innocent, that one was a joke, wasn't me." It's just a matter of time before he's in jail. It's a shame.
 
What is his obsession with strip clubs? The only thing I can come up with is that strip clubs are a place where you can buy what you want and the more money you have the more everyone kisses your butt.

:hot: Why doesn't he put his own strip club in his house and bring in strippers at the very least since he can't seem to stay out of them. I knew it was a bad sign when he was interviewed after being drafted and it looked like he was in a strip club with his thugs. If I was Jeff Fisher and I said let's call Pacman up to say we are drafting him what's his phone number and they say, he's at the Foxy Lady, I might be changing that pick real fast.

I count at least 4 ways this is beyond stupid.
 
The only way Pacman will be able to drink at these clubs in the future is if he in the night janitor and has a few draft beers when his shift is over.

 
It sounds as though he has some very serious issues regarding women. Strip clubs, hitting women, etc...I'm guessing he has it in his head that women are less than second class citizens.

 
Of course PacMan shouldn't be at this club, but.....

why is the attorney handling "a divorce case he is involved in" :thumbup: at the club at 3AM?

That would seem to imply she went there looking for him?

So he knew that she was a lawyer when he hit her? That's even worse. I agree that its odd she would be there. Seems like there should be more details about this one coming soon enough in addition to an entertaining defense by Pac-Man. I’m on the edge of my seat.

It's an unfair world where Sean Taylor gets gunned down in his bedroom with his lady and their baby, and this clown waves guns around and seeks confrontation and is still alive and breathing.

Just guessing here, but I bet good ole' Pacman pleaded poverty at his last support hearing, so she wanted to go see him make it rain.

Where he's headed they'll be doing something to his butt, but it won't be gentle little kisses.
