Paging Dentist - Sleep Apnea appliance (1 Viewer)

So I may have asked this before but I cannot find the link.

I have severe OSA. I am currently on an Auto SV Bipap. It sucks and I roll over onto the mask every night and it leaks like crazy. What do you know about dental appliances?

I looked into these also,, as I have severe Apnea, and have had a Cpap about 10 years.

I was told by the dentist I saw that these do not work for severe apnea. They may work for very mild apnea, but the Cpap is the way to go

They sure suck to wear. And they are expensive.

They certainly can work, but not for severe cases, they are best for mild to moderate
