Palmer or Brees or Bulger (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have any good insights on any of these three guys I Know how good they are but am hoping to snag one this year. Wondered if anyone thought more or less about any of them too. I have steven jackson too this year.

have all 3 in 4 dynasty leagues, Palmer in 2

I like Palmer the best of the 3. He had a solid 2006 after as slow start. but I do not think you will go wrong with any of them.

I like Bulgar myself ... surrounding talent is pretty much a wash for all 3; he can usually be had later, 4th round vs 3rd for the others and he has a better QB SOS ... if the Rams jam him up on this contract thing though all bets are off!

:bag:

bulger for sure. he has the easiest schedule in the league. he can be drafted later then the other two. he is in a contract year. even if he doesnt get a deal done, i expect him to be awesome and audition for another gig next year (Detroit/Martz)

Yeah so what if he has a hard time staying healthy?

Granted he did it last year but I don't trust 2 yrs in a row. Palmer is easy choice, then Brady, then Brees, then Bulger.

Bulger has an easy sched, but check Palmer's and it's just as easy.

Bulger won't match Palmer in TD passes.

I'd go the same order for top 5. I debate back and forth with Palmer/Brady at #2 though.

alot depends on your league set-up too.

if you get bonuses for yards it's bulger or brees. they both had 8 300+ games last year. palmer only had 2.

i know in my auction i will be able to get bulger for 20-25% (ish) less then the other two so that's who im targeting. that will give me extra $ to get a half decent back-up just in case. or i can always get frerotte for $1.

During the offseason the Rams added offensive weapons in Drew Bennett and Randy McMichael. The Bengals will be without Chris Henry for at least half the season and lost at worst their second best lineman. The Saints lost Joe Horn and he'll have to be replaced.

As great as the Rams were on offense last season they were only 10th in points scored so there's definitely room for improvement as opposed to the Bengals and Saints who I think have nowhere to go but down.

So while Marc Bulger may be considered the worse of the three quarterbacks (I would dispute that somewhat) he has the best offensive talent around him between he, Carson Palmer and Drew Brees. Considering that he's also getting drafted at least a round later than Bress and Palmer and should have at worst similar numbers the choice is obvious on who should be drafted.

Of the group I'd rather have Bulger. The Rams defense is just god-awful.
Cincinatti's isn't exactly stout either. Let's face it, these three will get their numbers. I personally like Carson Palmer out of the three. He's just due for an MVP season. I have him as my number 2 QB behind only Peyton. But make no mistake, you really can't go wrong with any of these choices. Bulger is rated lower because he's an injury risk.

What? Drew Brees has a reconstructed shoulder and Carson Palmer has the reconstructed knee yet Marc Bulger is considered the injury risk? Come on now. No he's not Peyton Manning but to think he's more frail than those other two who've actually had major surgery for their injuries is just crazy.
