Parys Haralson Possible Sleeper (1 Viewer)

I like his chances at putting up decent numbers this year. Remember when Julian Peterson was lighting it up over there. Well Parys is playing in Peterson's old position. It's the primary pass rushing position in the 49ers defense. I was high on him when he was still a DE. Now he moved to OLB I am feeling that. The guy behind him Cain from the Pats can only do one thing rush the passer so I am not too worried about him.

Just to throw you guys a bone....watch Ray McDoanld. starting DE for the 49ers. He has talent.

Peterson played the elephant position, hybrid DE/LB, which is how elephant got its name, (first 2 letters E for end and L for LB), anyhow ... I thought Justin Smith was brought in to fill the elephant role. :goodposting:

I strongly agree with the Ray McDonald call; he's got a lot of the same qualities that made Marques Douglas successful with Mike Nolan in Baltimore and San Francisco. Parys Haralson, not so much... :hifive: .

Justin Smith is playing DE strictly. I thought he was going to play the Elephant position but he would be very miscast in that role. Rotoworld also states Parys is playing the primary rush position in that D which is the Elephant. I really like Mcdonald to both are sleepers IMO.
