A former Drug Enforcement Administration supervisor said yesterday that a New England Patriots starting lineman who has been fingered as a DEA informant could be in danger depending on his level of covert activity. The lawyer for a Saugus man accused of dealing OxyContin said Nicholas Kaczur, 28, is the unidentified cooperating witness who according to a federal DEA agent's court affidavit wore a wiretap and purchased $3,900 worth of OxyContin in each of three stings on May 1, 6 and 13.

Dirty stuff going on here - the dealer's lawyer is the one that put this all out in the press. Kaczur is a marked man, a known snitch - he is most definitely in danger. Playmakers is seeming more like the real NFL every day.
