Payout dilemma (1 Viewer)

I started a friendly work league this year. I originally hoped for 10 teams but we were able to get 12. The issue I have now is that I sent out the payouts for 10 teams when we started but never adapted them for the extra two slots. This is truly a friendly work league with only $80 being the issue here.

Had I updated the $'s I would have given an extra 25 to the winner and runner up. I would have also added 10 to each of the first 3 regular season finishers. Should I just do this or email the people with money involved saying I didn't specify and give them the option of taking their money or should we throw that money towards a couple beers apiece at the after party?

Thoughts? This is just a fun league, I won, and I don't want any hard feelings.

pro-rate the winnings by the same allocation percentage. It's the only fair way

Let the league decide, but really I think most people wouldn't care. If they did, then just throw it in a pool to buy everyone beers at the party

Prorate it OR just buy beers/donuts. Its a small money league shouldn't be a big deal. I
