i suppose quite a few smaller leagues might have Pennington on the FA list. he is on mine. for folks with sketchy QBs on their roster like Plummer, Brooks, Favre, etc. do you think Pennington's year will look more like his week 1 performance or was it an anomaly? What is the general consensus about Pennington's ceiling?
